While the hotel is good and conveniently located the gym equipment does not work and despite my complaints it was not fixed. The reason I was told , not many people use the facilities.

Good stay and would recommend it. Room facilities seemed quite new, clean and comfortable. a/c worked well! Staff always helpful and friendly. Location was quiet. Had a nice morning stroll along the lake path next to the hotel and found a park :-) Only suggestion would be more Western breakfast selection including fruit salad, pastries but having said that I enjoyed breakfast each morning!
