The hotel was nice but the food was terrible they have almost same food everyday.

Beautiful resort, great food, the buffet and Italian restaurants were good. The Italian restaurant provides small portions but it was excellent. There is entertainment for everyone. I traveled with my hubby and kids and it was really nice.

Once again the Dominican Republic rises to the occasion excellent customer service warm and friendly people it doesn’t get any better than that for the money it’s very affordable and you get more than the money you paid for the experience if you want the feeling of wealth you will definitely be in the right place because the people will provide the best customer service on the planet

Need to improve and clean the property better

This all inclusive is a very good option in Juan Dolio. The property was well maintained and the room was spotless. The food was good and the staff polite. Unfortunately the beach had some seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t enjoy the beach. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

This was a disappointing experience. The buffet was horrible and the staff kept telling us that regular things like ice cream, chicken, fried cheese, were either not on schedule to come out that day or they had run out. The staff did not try and accommodate us at all. The only thing that saved our trip was the entertainment and that we were with friends and made the best of it. I would not return to this resort. Hard Pass.

Very nice Staff and clean accommodations. Room I stayed in had moisture problem which affected my phones. Lighting very poor especially for applying makeup. No facial/nose tissues in room. Had to use toilet paper. Design of shower cause a flood on floor. Overall, stay was good

Was a bit disappointed with the service. This was my third time staying at emotions and by far the worst service I have experienced here. We paid extra for a room with the swim up pool and did not get to enjoy it until the third day after calling front desk twice requesting for the pool to be cleaned. Our first night we had to call twice to request towels because the room did not have any. Other than that, the coffee shop was as good as always, the beach clean and peaceful and the restaurants were delicious.

Una total decepción – No lo recomiendo Fuimos con intención de descansar y salimos estresados. Éramos 22 personas y todos quedamos insatisfechos. Desde la llegada comenzaron los problemas: una habitación con la cama rota, aires acondicionados que no funcionaban y una limpieza pésima. En una habitación ni luz había. La comida fue lamentable: poca variedad, mala calidad y parece recalentada. Los postres sabían a nevera. El personal estaba consciente de la situación y solo daban falsas esperanzas. El aire acondicionado se dañó varias veces y al cambiarnos de habitación nos enviaron a una que ya estaba ocupada. Tardamos desde las 10 p.m. hasta las 2 a.m. en resolver. El hotel está sobrevendido y además venden day pass, por lo que las áreas comunes están abarrotadas. Las piscinas estaban verdes de lo sucias, y los pasillos también. La limpieza es terrible. Promocionan 4 restaurantes a la carta, pero no todos abren. Las reservas se hacen a las 8 p.m., y a las 8:05 p.m. dicen estar llenos, pero al entrar están vacíos. Nada tiene sentido. Este hotel tiene potencial, pero con esta administración no merece ni una estrella. Lo que pagamos por tres noches fue un abuso. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

The staff at this resort was beyond amazing. The beach and pools are beautiful.

Aburrido, no habré los restaurantes dicen que están llenos y es que está cerrado, piscinas y aires acondicionados sucios bien pequeño. Y sin variedad de comida. Los vendedores en la playa son una plaga y el propio hotel con sus empleados para venderte no te dejan disfrutar

Great all inclusive resort with friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing environment and long walkable beach. Areas of the beach from calm to slightly wavy. Seaweed on some parts of the beach but other parts very clear and nice to swim in.
