호텔 위치가 정말 좋아서 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

숙박 기간: 1박 (12월 25일) 버터워스에 있는 T+ 호텔에서 1박을 했는데, 전반적으로 실망스러운 경험이었습니다. 가격을 고려했을 때 호텔 시설은 그저 그랬고 기대에 미치지 못했습니다. 객실 자체는 킹사이즈 침대 하나와 싱글 침대 하나가 있어서 넓었지만, 청결 상태가 매우 문제였습니다. 침대 근처에서 바퀴벌레가 기어 다니는 것을 보고 나서는 더욱 불쾌했고, 객실이 지저분하고 비위생적으로 느껴졌습니다. 또한, 옷걸이가 부족해서 수건과 옷을 제대로 걸어둘 수 없었습니다. 에어컨은 잘 작동했지만, 전반적인 불쾌감을 상쇄하기에는 역부족이었습니다. 호텔 측에서 청결도와 객실 시설 개선을 위해 개선해야 할 점이 분명히 있습니다. 긍정적인 측면으로 보자면, 호텔 위치는 음식 애호가들에게 편리합니다. 이 지역에서 유명한 맛집인 아쿤로미(Ah Khoon Loh Mee)와 미슐랭 1스타 레스토랑인 비시헝(Bee See Heong)이 가까이에 있기 때문입니다.

에어컨이 작동하지 않는 방에 체크인했습니다. 직원에게 알리니 바로 다른 방으로 바꿔주셔서 감사했습니다.

에어컨은 시원하지 않고, TV 화면은 흐릿하고 채널은 3개뿐입니다.

직원들이 정말 친절하고 친절해요.

방이 너무 냄새가 심해서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했는데 아무 이유 없이 거부당했고, 와이파이도 방 안으로 들어오지 않았어요. 정말 최악이에요.

에어컨을 침대 대신 변기에 두면 방이 따뜻해집니다.

I did not expect the room to be very nice. I thought it’s just another budget hotel. Counter is at level 1. Covered car park is available but limited. You’ll love it.

Hotel is good but when I ask for towel change, the house keeping gave me 2x dirty towel. Others still ok

This hotel is located next to temple and right beside the road, very noisy very dirty room, oily floor, clogged sink and drain. Very very smelly towel, I almost vomited when I sniffed the scene of the towel. The towel was grayish colour, very disgusting. Very dim light, it made the hotel room seemed scary. I do not recommend this hotel, with this price you better stay in penang island. Noted: no complimentary items from the hotel, not even a shower cap.

The room is clean & comfortable, sure will stay again soon.

Quick check in, helpful staff, but maybe need to prepare bathroom amenity like toothbrush and toothpaste and shampoo.
