아이 둘과 3박 4일을 묵었는데, 시설과 객실 편안함이 정말 좋았습니다. 발코니와 수영장에서 KL 타워가 보이고, 메인 룸에는 큰 욕조가 있어서 아이들이 너무 좋아했어요! 파빌리온에서 걸어서는 좀 멀지만, 저희는 밤에 스포츠를 즐기기 위해 세 번이나 왔다 갔다 했어요. ㅎㅎㅎ 마지막으로, 단체나 가족 휴가에 추천해요. 간이 주방이 완비되어 있는데, 세탁기가 없는 게 유일한 단점이에요.

아침 식사는 좀 더 다양했으면 좋았을 텐데요. 오전 8시쯤 도착했는데, 식당에서는 이미 차 판매를 중단한 상태였어요. 그래서 별도로 특별 차를 주문해야 했고요. 게다가 커피 맛도 별로였어요.

에어컨이 작동하지 않아서 방을 옮겨 주겠다고 했지만 다른 방에서는 냄새가 나서 옮기지 않았습니다. 서비스는 괜찮습니다. 아침 식사는 호텔 뷔페가 아니었지만 카페에서 먹었는데, 카페의 아침 식사가 꽤 저렴했습니다. 아침 식사는 사지 않는 게 좋지만 음식은 괜찮아요

Nice view from balcony, near to Alor Street and Twin Tower.

Rented the 3 bedrooms unit. Very spacious with complete amenities. Room was clean and had a great view. Recommended!

The wifi is bad. Error and not stable. Complained but not fix well. But Actually the room was good at all. Breakfast menu just so so.

I booked 2-bedroom hotel with bathtub. I specifically booked the room to use bathtub. But upon check in, hotel room doesn't have bathtub as per the app advertised. Hotel said if I still want bathtub, have to upgrade to 3-bedroom hotel room & pay difference. Hotel told me its Traveloka's fault for wrong advertisement. I've wrote in to the app on this issue. Hope the appcan reimburse me.

A night stay for a quick staycation. Great place, huge unit, superb amenities and wonderful view. The staff even send me the meal for Sahur even though I bought a room without the breakfast package. A hidden gem.

It’s located in bukit ceylon, I love the ambience here, so peaceful surrounded with many big trees. Place is strategic, you can take free bus GO KL by walking to shelter bus around 3 minutes from suasana suites. High level of cleanliness, awesome! Staff is also nice and helpful, I would highly recommend it to everyone ^^

Location is good 15 minutes walking to jl alor and bukit bintang. breakfast need more variations. Bed was comfy need to provide pots and pans. TV channel was limited. Service was good. Would come back to this place next time.

Hotel yang nyaman, bersih, secara keseluruhan sesuai. Terutama menu breakfast walau tidak variasi tapi ok dan pelayanan nya sangat ramah dan baik. Wifi juga Ok. Kalau ke KL pasti datang lagi ke hotel ini. Senang dan happy . Terima kasih Suasana Suites Bukit Ceylon.
