Amazing hotel with a super sensitive to the guests. All over we were getting a smiling faces from the staff willing to help with any issues that we need.

Almost perfect stay. 2 negative issues 1. Bed are hard and uncomfortable 2. We had to pay to upgrade for a partial sea view !

Ottima struttura con personale fantastico e pulizia top. E che dire del cibo? Non perdetevi questo hotel!!!

L'hotel è spettacolare, la camera vista mare laterale ha comunque una visuale mozzafiato. Uno dei migliori hotel dove io sia mai stato (e ne ho girati tanti) piscina esterna meravigliosa, servizi di ottima qualità

Super fint hotell med mycket bra ultra all inklusive paket med flera a la carte resturanger. Flera poolområden och egen strand med strandbar. Välj att bo i den renoverade delen!! Rekommenderar verkligen en vistelse här.

Bestes Hotel in dem ich je war. Alles tip top sauber. Super Qualität von Speisen und Getränken. Lage top. Direkt am Strand und an der Promenade. Alles komplett neu mit ganz toll eingerichteten Zimmern. Personal freundlich und bemüht. Ich kann jedem, der an den Goldstrand fährt, dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Like: Everything was ok. I want to mention the professionalism of Dorothea, the hotel Reception Supervisor and Svetla in charge with Guest Relations. The two guys from the Grifid Barista Coffe Shop are really good at what they are doing as well. Did not like: dinning room rules, regarding men having to wear long trousers for dinner. Very short lunch time 12:30 - 14:00. The hotel's private beach is small. Compared to the number of rooms of the hotel, the necessary number of sunbeds is not even close. In top of that, there are people there who are not Grifid quest. Nobody cares.The beach management is inexistent.

Vi har haft en rigtig god uge. Virkelig serviceminded personale, dejlig mad is kage og drinks i lange baner, underholdning og aktiviteter for alle aldre, pæne værelser, flot og rent hotel. Der manglede ikke noget og ellers står personalet klar med det samme for at hjælpe. Kan varmt anbefales.

+ Gutes Essen, ruhige und direkte Strandlage, gratis Liegen + Sonnenschirme, saubere und moderne Zimmer - Ausblick aus Zimmer nicht wie angekündigt auf Garten, sondern auf Baustelle, Müll und Parkplatz; TV nicht richtig eingestellt (nur 1 deutscher Sender), Stromausfälle, Baulärm

Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Anlage, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich Essen leider sehr eintönig und von eher schlechter Qualität. Es wäre fein, wenn man zum Omelette braten eine zweite Person zuziehen könnte und die Speisen öfter nachfüllen würde. Ein bisschen weniger "Ballermann" würde den Aufenthalt noch erholsamer machen.
