시설도 좋긴하지만 세심하게 저의 여행 일정을 마치 개인 에이전시 서비스처럼 잘 챙겨줬습니다. 조식도 훌륭하고 시설도 물론 흠 잡을데 없고 모든게 좋았습니다. 후기 평점이 좋은 이유가 았더군요.

숙소랑 식사. 위치 전부 만족합니다 직원도 친절합니다 다만 호텔서 권해주는 데이투어는 비추입니다 2시간정도 메니나투어하고 250디르함인데..투어라기보다는 쇼핑센타투어입니다 2시간동안 5군데(가죽.카페트.세공.올리브오일.실크)나 갑니다 물론 강매는 아니지만 좀불편해요 그리고 가격이 너무비쌉니다 투어끝나고 잔돈없다고해서 결국 본의아니게 300디르함쥤습니다 시간있으심 길을헤메더라도 개별투어하세요 호텔시설이나 식사및 친절도는 만족합니다

전통적인 분위기의 화려하고 멋진 호텔입니다. 일방통행 도로를 확인해서 접근할 필요가 있어요. 내비게이션이 일방통행 도로를 반영하지 못하고 있네요.

리셉션니스트 여직원은 매우 친절. 사장님 부부는 영어 안됨. 내부장식이 멋져 사진 많이 찍음. 모자이크 타일.

Impeccable hospitality and beautiful attention to architectural and design detail. Exceptionally well maintained refuge. At the edge of the medina rather than inside it, which makes it accessible by car/taxi (a very big plus).

Very unhappy with everything that made our stay unhappy & got us sick as took several hours to tackle issues which should have taken care of by owners or staff instead they blame us saying we are complaining . And was lied by Wiam as she told us in our room that we will be refunded as left 1 night early due to unhealthy condition , but was told that we won’t get refund as we complained . So plz pick another Riad or hotel as not to our standard & we paid a lot to stay as wasn’t cheap . Have owners stay in room Wilili (something like that name) room & see how it is instead of blaming us . The worst Riad we stayed at ….

El Riad Mazar Fes se encantador, se encuentra bellamente decorado. Sus instalaciones son muy silenciosas y sus habitaciones muy cómodas. Además, se encuentra muy cerca a la Medina. Su personal es muy amable, servicial y colaborativo. Su desayuno es delicioso, con una amplia variedad de opciones que incluyen panes, frutas y dulces. Lo recomiendo!!

Magnifique Riad! Les hôtes ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Très propre. Nous recommandons fortement!

Forse l'hotel più bello dove sia mai stato! Il personale è stato veramente fantastico e il riad è un museo a cielo aperto, curato nei minimi dettagli. Il proprietario ci ha accolto e fatto sentire a casa!

Lovely staff hosting in a gorgeous space. The common areas are thoughtfully curated, the rooms are clean and quiet.

Très belle expérience dans ce Riad parfaitement situé pour explorer la médina. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli en nous aidant à nous stationner et nous a ensuite offert le thé à la menthe en nous racontant l’histoire de son établissement. Les petits-déjeuners servis dans le magnifique jardin étaient savoureux et le personnel aux petits soins.

Clean room and friendly staff

Besides of the fact that this Riad was very beautiful and clean. The owner and the assistant made us feel like HOME. Their attentiveness, help, and kindness were really amazing. If one day I visit Fez again, definitely I will stay here again without any dude. Khalid and Yassine they both were simple amazing .
