시설도 좋긴하지만 세심하게 저의 여행 일정을 마치 개인 에이전시 서비스처럼 잘 챙겨줬습니다. 조식도 훌륭하고 시설도 물론 흠 잡을데 없고 모든게 좋았습니다. 후기 평점이 좋은 이유가 았더군요.

숙소랑 식사. 위치 전부 만족합니다 직원도 친절합니다 다만 호텔서 권해주는 데이투어는 비추입니다 2시간정도 메니나투어하고 250디르함인데..투어라기보다는 쇼핑센타투어입니다 2시간동안 5군데(가죽.카페트.세공.올리브오일.실크)나 갑니다 물론 강매는 아니지만 좀불편해요 그리고 가격이 너무비쌉니다 투어끝나고 잔돈없다고해서 결국 본의아니게 300디르함쥤습니다 시간있으심 길을헤메더라도 개별투어하세요 호텔시설이나 식사및 친절도는 만족합니다

전통적인 분위기의 화려하고 멋진 호텔입니다. 일방통행 도로를 확인해서 접근할 필요가 있어요. 내비게이션이 일방통행 도로를 반영하지 못하고 있네요.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful, Masha’Allah! Aesthetically stunning and filled with antiques that reflect deep pride and love for Moroccan culture. It’s one of the most tastefully decorated Riads we’ve stayed in and truly captures the charm of Morocco. One of the main reasons for staying at a Riad is to experience Moroccan hospitality, and overall, this place delivered beautifully. The lady at check-in was very sweet and communicated well from the time we booked, but I didn’t appreciate her insistence on negating our pre-arranged tour. We had chosen a tip-based tour, and she strongly suggested using her $30 option instead. The two gentlemen on the night shift were amazing. They offered us a plate and knife for oranges from the common area. Older gentleman (possibly owner), said “Please, this is your home,” and younger one served us Moroccan tea with a smile, free of charge. They truly reflected Moroccan warmth and kindness. What surprised me was being charged 25 dirhams for tea the next day. I didn’t mind paying, but consistency in policies would be appreciated. There was also no iron available. Since Morocco is a Muslim country with many Muslim visitors, I was also surprised they only had one prayer mat when we requested two. Prayer mats should be readily available, as it’s a simple way to make Muslim guests feel at home. Overall, the Riad is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are kind. Just a few small improvements would make the experience perfect.

Mucho mejor de lo imaginado,muy buena relación calidad /precio. Muy amables, pendientes de todos los detalles, mención especial para Yassine quien estuvo durante los 4 días atento a nuestras necesidades,desde irnos a buscar las maletas, recomendar resytaurantes, prepararnos desayuno,etc.

Best services in Fes, all people were kind and made you feel like part of their family in the hotel.

Trato muy amable y cordial

This riad was the highlight of our trip across Spain and Morocco. The wonderful management checked in with us ahead of our stay, arranged a local tour of the Medina (with Amine, who was terrific) and came out to meet us when we arrived and got a little lost. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the amazing decor to the high pressure shower to the delicious breakfast. Stay here if you can!

The service was truly outstanding. We were contacted the day before our arrival. And they told us where to park. We also got great tips for our stay in Fes. Breakfast was really good and plentyful. Great hospitality and conviniently located. We also got a private tour which was excellent

Splendid building nice staff

The riad is beautiful, everything is new and very clean. There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is great, right in the heart of the medina. The breakfast is delicious, a typical Moroccan breakfast, super complete and freshly made. The two ladies at the reception are lovely and super attentive. Since it was our first time in Fez, they recommended the best places and helped us find a good guide to visit the old medina. We would definitely come back, and we will.

I loved everything about Raid Mazar. The staff was very welcoming and even accommodated us when we had early pick up times before breakfast official began. The Riad is beautifully renovated. 10 out of 10.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Tiny bathroom and shower space. Breakfast was plentiful and typically Moroccan.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Outstanding property maintenance and decor with antiques and lovely locally made objects. Only drawback was a small bed that was not very comfortable. Rest of Riad was luxurious.

An absolutely gorgeous place that has been restored to its previous beauty. The Riad is well located and convenient. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.
