호텔이 폐업했어요! 들어오지 마세요! 왜 아직도 예약이 가능한지 모르겠어요. 도착해서 '폐업'이라는 표지판을 보고 길 건너편 식당으로 갔는데, 직원 한 명이 다른 호텔로 데려갔어요. 마음에 안 드는 호텔인데, 환불도 못 받아서 여기 꼼짝 못 하고 있어요. 다른 호텔은 괜찮았는데 예약한 가격보다 가격이 더 저렴해요. 디 판타이는 정말 최악이에요. 절대 여기 묵지 마세요.

คืนแรกมาถึง ได้ห้อง แอร์ไม่เย็น ก็เปลี่ยนห้องให้ ย้ายไปห้องใหม่ แอร์ก็เป็นน้ำแข็ง น้ำไหลเป็นน้ำตก พอมาแจ้งพนักงาน ก็บอกจะเช็คให้ พอกลับมานอนอีกคืน แอร์ก็ยังคงไม่เย็นและน้ำไหลเหมือนเดิม เช้าวันต่อมา ก็แจ้งอีก แต่พนักงานบริการแย่มากๆน่าตาไม่รับแขก รบกวนปรับปรุงการบริการด้วย ปล.มาพัก6คืน ไม่มีคืนไหน ที่ห้องจะโอเค

Lumayan saja, kamar cukup besar. Nothing special. Pemandangannya cukup indah. Hanya saja butuh berjalan kaki sekitar 20-30 menit untuk ke Patong Beach. AC kamar kurang dingin. Overall 7.5/10

The most satisfying hotel we encounter in Thailand. Room was spacious, staff was very friendly and helpful.. Room was clean, I strongly recommend. Good food, nice pool, great value for money.

The hotel's room was great, large & clean. The hotel's staff very kind and some much help our needs & information. The greatest is the restaurant (across the hotel & sea side). Very nice place to have eat and the food was very tasty & delicious. The owner of restaurant was very friendly.

The hotel view is quite nice, the room is super clean. However during my stay, in the morning before check-out around 8 am the water supply has been stop. I have to make a call from reception around 3 time only they sent somebody to solve it. Around 10 am water supply back however its very yellowish. I have let the water flow for about 45 minutes but the water still has not clear from the yellowish color. I have called the reception but still nothing has ever change. Their service is worst ever I have experience. The food serve is not that good.

No more food for breakfast, they should provide more kinds of food and fruits that the guest can select to fresh up on the morning time.

객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 크기가 적당합니다. 가족, 커플, 여행객에게 적합합니다. 바다가 보이는 객실에 분위기도 편안하고 가격도 적당해요. 주방은 바다 옆에 있어요. 아침 식사도 좋습니다.

깨끗하고 편리한 위치라서 좋아요.

분위기가 좋아요. 다시 방문할 가치가 있습니다. 맛있는 음식.

พนักงานบริการดี สถานที่เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน ห้องอาหารอยู่ริมทะเล สวยมากๆ

หน้าฟรอนต์มีพนักงานแค่คนเดียว กว่าจะได้เช็กอินรอครึ่งชั่วโมง อาหารเช้ามีน้อย สบู่มีแค่ก้อนเล็กก้อนเดียว ซื้ออาหารเช้าเพิ่ม 1 ของเด็ก หน้าฟรอนต์แจ้ง 120 มาร้านอาหารแจ้ง 150 บาท พนักงานคุยโทรศัพท์ไม่สนใจลูกค้า หน้าบึ้งสมคำร่ำลือจริงๆค่ะ
