Nice view for the villa that I book but waiting so long for check in, air cond was not cold.

Not bad. The room is abit warm, air conditioner not running very well. And there 's monkeys come in the morning to mess up your corridor if you left your bottle of rubbish outside the house.

Very recommended! The staff is very friendly and supportive. Me and my family are got problem when stuck in this resort 9 days 8 night. The manager gives the low rate with free breakfast. Will come and visit here again.

The resort never informed us about our check in and didn't guide us about the jetty availability and also they never informed us about the bad weather that day as in Monsoon. We would like a full refund from the resort cause of miscommunication (uninformed weather, jetty availability and uninformed check in time).

We ordered BBQ seafood platter at restaurant during our second stay. It taste very bad. The seafood not very fresh, at the bottom of the seafood they put mayonnaise salad, which makes the seafood taste more weird. It totally not worth the price (RM89 per pax) we paid. During first day we ate at Aman resort the bbq seafood taste good and fresh, big prawn and big squid. One more thing, the restaurant will put reserve plate on all the table right next to the beach, which in fact it ' s not reserve. Their purpose is do not let the customer who sign up for full board package, to sit on the table there. Even we did not sign up full board package, we book for this expensive bbq seafood platter, and request for the table beside the beach, they also reject us initially. After we ask why we saw other customer can sit and why we can't, then only they tell us for ala carte can sit. But from what I notice, their priority is allow those customer especially western customer who will pay them"tips"to use the table. Very obvious double standard treatment in this resort. Room is OK, no sun bed on the beach, narrow beach area because the resort has build few blocks of villa on the beach. I have been to Tioman few times but first time stay in kampung paya. For the expensive price paid, it ' s totally not worth it. Not recommended and this is the resort I would never want to go back again.

Room not as expected, not worth for the price. it should be around RM100 range. very poor facilities and poor maintenance.

The room is good . The toilet could do with a bit more shine on the tiles .Other than that it was a pleasure .I also like to thank Taufik the waiter at Paya Beach Restaurant for the wonderful service from the first day we were there till the last day when we left. He has made our stay comfortable . He served us well and was helpful with anything we needed. A great thank you to him Taufik.

Their service was totally bad and need improve a lot.

Chalet ni berdekatan dengan pantai persekitaran yang cantik sesuai untuk orang yang nak cari ketenangan.

Staying in Superior Chalet. Room is just nice for two. Water is clean and enjoyed snorkeling very much along the beach. (Renting the mask and life jacket separately, am not taking the snorkeling package) Breakfast is disappointed. The ala carte food in the restaurant and beach bar is delicious, although the price is slightly higher than the restaurant nearby. No WiFi in the room, and the telco network is weak in the island. Overall is great. Value for money.

breakfast option limited and not tasty. same menu daily. first I opted for superior room but the deco furniture is not child friendly ended up my baby mouth bleed. so next day I downgraded to standard room. it's cheaper but better surprisingly . size room bigger and furniture safer for my baby.

The curtain blind dropped down and hit my daughter's arm. The floor mat was not provided and towel was not enough too. requested but was told no more. service was not good at good

Bad service... Only give priority to those customers booked directly through their own website

One of the staff is very rude and not sensitive with the guest. The reception should call the room if they late for check out because check out time here is 11 am and not 12 pm. Complaint about the guest and asking the other staff who’d received the key on the race of the guest without realizing the guest is still standing at the counter are not acceptable at all. It was really offended. Check in process also slow and our room still not ready although it was 3.40 pm already. The room is at the back and no view at all. The only good thing about this chalet is the location is so near to the beach and jetty. The room is big and for a standard chalet can accommodate up to 4 persons in a room since 1 queen bed and 2 single beds are provided.
