전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Pines Melaka

체크인과 체크아웃이 간편했습니다. 프런트 데스크부터 벨보이까지 직원들이 친절했습니다. 호텔은 도시의 여러 명소와 매우 가깝습니다. 다만 미니 냉장고는 작동하지 않았습니다.

오후 3시 30분경까지 방이 준비되지 않아서 업그레이드된 방을 받았고, 레스토랑에서 음식/음료를 받을 수 있는 바우처도 받았습니다. 직원들의 친절한 배려에 감사드립니다.

이 호텔과의 경험은 나빴습니다

음식과 가격을 비싼 것으로 업그레이드해 주세요. 2인용 무료 아침 식사가 가능할 것 같습니다.

위치가 매우 전략적이며 머물기에 편안합니다. 숙박에 포함된 아침 식사를 시도했습니다. 음식은 그다지 뜨겁지 않았고 특히 나시 레막은 차가웠습니다. 다양성은 충분하지만 4성급 호텔 수준에는 미치지 못하는 것 같습니다. 호텔이 개선되기를 바랍니다.

침실의 침수 천장. 침대 시트에 떨어지는 천장의 작은 조각들이 있고, 호텔은 객실의 품질을 유지하기 위해 그것을 살펴봐야 합니다.

Front office staff friendly & the bathroom is the best part, bathtub with a city view. Too bad their dining service didn't available for dinner / supper

Affordable 4 star room with great amenities and service. Good view from the room and an awesome bathtub. The pool is nice but the gym is quite small and doesn't have a lot of equipment. Location a bit far from the attractions.

My request not be complete. I want 2 single bed, I got 1 king bed. I already write in traveloka special request. Soo sad,. Please reserve after this, thank you

The Pines has a great room facilities, including a spacious bathroom with bath tub and a view from the height to the city. During our stay, one of the lift is under repair so we have to change to the other lift. What is great is The Pines has its own jeti (boat halte) so we can be dropped off directly to The Pines after having our night river cruise with Faiz. We stayed 1 night at The Pines, and it was great.

Semua ok terbaik kecuali makan. Biasa je, very limited choice dan rasa biasa. Not worth it (breakfast)

Bilik yang cantik, kemas dan selesa. kolam renang yang besar dan cantik. Parking kereta yang banyak serta khas untuk penginap hotel. Cuma menu untuk sarapan kali ni tidak meriah seperti biasa dan tidak banyak pilihan

Room is very nice. Clean and spacious bathroom. Front desk staff are polite.

In term of room is OK. But really disappointed with service. Hard to get people to help you if have many luggage. Very disappointing when breakfast is base on your limited order not normal buffet breakfast. Much worse in the morning when we want to go for breakfast, there is limited table and need to wait. And no body is attending you. May be because we are not the “same”. Even we are already inform our room yet nobody border. Finally because seems no body really care to get something for us, we left disappointed. The hotel try to make up by giving us late check up. And we are very thankful with that. Yet really they have improved on that matter.
