Me encantó la ubicación, está super cerca de la catedral, las plazas y el Acrópolis.

The hotel charged me in dollars with a terrible exchange rate, rather than pesos, which violated the Orbitz terms and is also illegal in Mexico. In addition, they charged me for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely.

Excelente, todo perfecto desde el ingreso, limpieza en todos los lugares que utilicé del hotel, todo en buen estado, en óptimas condiciones, el trato del personal excelente y muy empáticos. Siempre me ayudaron en lo que necesité. Sugiero iluminar la terraza por la noche la cual tiene linda vista, más de noche.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and only five minutes or so from the cathedral. Continental breakfast was OK with option to pay extra for hot dishes. Friendly staff. I'd defintely stay here again.

Super bien ubicado!! Excelente condición del hotel, muy limpio, amplio, parece como si fuera nuevo!!! Lo único malo es q la cama ni las almohadas eran cómodas y el clima no funcionaba muy bien. La terraza tiene una vista espectacular!!!

Excellent LOCATION!!!! 5 OR 10 minute walk to museums, restaurants and other attractions, I was impressed with the charm of the Hotel, wasn't expecting that quality of a HOTEL ROOM FOR THE PRICE,,,,, next time I'm in Zacatecas I will go back to Casa Torres Hotel 10 stars

La cercanía con el centro histórico, llegamos tarde y aún así pudimos hacer una placentera caminata nocturna.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero las habitaciones están muy juntas y las paredes muy delgadas. El hotel no es cuidadoso con que los huéspedes respeten los horarios de evitar ruidos lo cual se traduce en una estadía muy incómoda.

Excelente atención y el hotel es pequeño pero de buen gusto, cerca de todo y a la vez en área tranquila.

Gonzalo the front desk gentleman was very courteous and attentive help bring my luggage from across the street parking lot. Hotel very clean, great location, bed very comfortable. You will surprise when you get to your room very modern, you would never imagine from looking it from the outside. Highly recommend

Limpieza impecable y comodidad también. El clima funciona perfectamente. La ropa de cama está bien limpia. Estaría bien si el estacionamiento estuviera abierto todo el día para entrar y salir sin tener que pedir que abran la puerta
