전체 평가 및 리뷰 Fairfield Inn & Suites Akron Fairlawn

출장으로 갔는데, 매우 편리하고 안락한 호텔이었음. 고속도로에서 접근성이 좋고 인근에 상점과 식당가가 많이 있다. 와이파이도 속도가 빨랐으며, 모든 시설은 깨끗하게 유지되고 있었다. 침대도 상태가 좋았다. 24시간 헬스장과 작은 수영장은 시차 적응에 도움이 되었으며, 아침 식사도 괜찮았음. 직원들도 친철하였음.

Upon arrival, the check in person was not welcoming-she had a gruff and robotic personality. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 day stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, tasty and nice variety. I liked that hot water was available all day along with tea packets and coffee. The hot tub was relaxing, but could be hotter. The room had usual complimentary items. Ice machine was handy. Room was quiet and safe location with nearby food options. We had dinner at Rice Paper which is close and the food and service was very good.

Very comfy rooms!!

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds, very clean. There was s baseball team (minor league) staying in the hotel, and they did do some after game celebrating at night outside but inside was quiet. Close to great restaurants. Would stay again.

The best part was checkin and kudos to the desk manager for that! Housekeeping just never showed up. They were across the hall from us and we left to go downstairs for them and the did NOT clean our room. Called and we got a couple towels and TP next day same thing. And third day the front desk said they’d be back shortly and they never showed up. Received some more towels. 4 days no housekeeping. Not happy Marriott campers . PS - the breakfast is not all that great in our opinion

We had no tv for our first night. We changed rooms the next day.

Great location and amenities.

Great facility. Bed was comfy and they supplied great amenities in the room. Would absolutely return and recommend! Didn’t try the breakfast, but I enjoyed the coffee in the lobby!

Hotel was very nice. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The only downfall was when we checked in even at 5 o’clock we had to be downgraded from a king suite to a regular king because they did not have rooms ready even at 5 o’clock. The family ahead of us in line wasn’t even able to check into their room until after the concert because of rooms not being ready. They said it had something to do with high tier Marriott members that get to check out late. The hotel needs to plan this better and accordingly because it’s not fair to other people to have to wait and yet pay full price while someone else is allowed to check out late

Check in is at 3pm. We arrived at 630pm and we're told the room wasn't ready and it would be awhile. The room charge was also $50 more than listed on your site and I had to have the clerk verify it. He said they changed in in their system and he would correct it. But instead he charged me $26 more.

It was so nice and cold in our room. I didn’t get the chance to be at the hotel for long which is why I rated good and not excellent as I did not get the chance to enjoy the commodities. Staff was friendly too!

I always enjoy staying at the Fairfield but not this time/location. 1. Queen size bedding on a king bed. 2. Towels felt like sandpaper. 3. Snacks have to be paid with credit card. Brought all to attention of two staff members. Neither seemed to care.

Check in was an hour late. Come to find out you guys “moved me to another hotel” I didn’t get any notification until after we checked in. The staff was not friendly, kind of rude actually. House keeping came in to clean our “checked out” room before we actually checked out and hour and a half before check out time. I will never stay here again.

Had a great stay, everything was good. Breakfast could go a little later than 9am.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Great coffee.

Checked in. Tv had no volume. Moved us to a musty moldy smoky smelling roomwirh no tv connected. Third room was fine but not a king but a two doubles. Not what I choose to begin with.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
