전체 평가 및 리뷰 Del Carmen Concept Hotel

I love the uniqueness of this hotel. Every room is different and with its own theme. This time around I stayed with my family and everything was great. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Buenísimo para relajarte

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Guadalajara, and it’s a great deal for the price. I had a wonderful time until I returned from a night out. It was dark, and all the doors were locked. I had to call the hotel, and the night guard/receptionist was not very helpful. I left my keys at the desk when I went out, and he asked me a bunch of questions, but not the right ones. I gave him my room number, my ID, and my reservation on my phone, but he still gave me a hard time. I just wanted to go to my room. He kept telling me I was in the wrong room and had me standing there at 3 a.m. Finally, he gave me a key, but it was the wrong one. I had to go back downstairs to get the right key. The hotel is great, but the night guard made the whole experience a bit unpleasant. I will stay here again because it’s a beautiful hotel, but hope that part of my experience doesn’t happen again.

En recepción no había personal que te pudiera atender o resolver dudas. El hotel es muy ruidoso, por el restaurante que está abajo y por las calles aledañas. La regadera no funciona bien. En la noche el parque que está pegado se siente peligroso.

Very loud. I was placed in room Carrington that was so loud, I could not sleep from the road work.

Lugar excepcional con un concepto tradicional, muy recomendable!

Hay mucho ruido debido al restaurante que se encuentra en la parte de abajo de hotel ( desde muy temprano)

Los lavabos no funcionan, la caja de seguridad nunca la destrabaron y en la habitación habia cabellos muy sucia. Y nadie se hizo responsable

El área es muy sucia la limpieza en general deja mucho que desear área de recepción y restaurante sucia y desordenada y la han con área de oportunidad muchos cabellos en el piso en general nada limpia, el hotel es bonito si se enfocarán en la limpieza sería mucho mejor

Hot water and internet was coming in and out all time . Shower head was not working properly , no air conditioning. There was a gap on the door on the shower

The rooms have been carefully designed and represent the work of an individual artist.

La habitación es muy coqueta, pero... No funciona el internet, no sirve el aire acondicionado, se ve sucio, además de que el hotel comparte espacio con un café y no hay siempre quien te atienda si tienes algún problema con el hospedaje. Costo beneficio muy alto.

Es un excelente espacio, con la privacidad necesaria para disfrutar los espacios tan bien diseñados.

The Del Carmen is great facility with very helpful staff, beautiful comfortable rooms, and a good location. I would highly recommend the “chia” restaurant for its food, service, community vibe and its manager Morris (sp?). The only con was that the front desk does not appear to be 24 / 7 and we arrived late, due to a delayed flight.

La atención muy bien por parte del personal, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, lo único inconveniente es el ruido del restaurante pero es tolerable.

Todo bien no más un problema con la agua caliente

Es una excelente opcion!, la ubicacion, el concepto, el buffet! lo unico que no fue completamente de nuestro agrado es el olor a humedad en el cuarto y que las ventanas no se pudieran realmente abrir pues tienen un acrilico, y el cuarto no tenia ventilacion natural, fuera de eso el hotel esta muy bien, calidad/precio.
