리뷰: 저는 최근 Redang Island Resort에 3일 2박을 묵었는데, 엇갈린 경험이었습니다. 장점: 리조트의 위치가 훌륭합니다. 부두와 가까운 곳에 음식 노점이 있어서 식사를 쉽게 주문할 수 있습니다. 직원들은 훌륭했습니다. 친절하고, 대응이 빠르며, 심지어 해양 공원까지 무료 승차권을 제공했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고, 킹 사이즈 침대는 편안했고, 에어컨, 선풍기, 미니바와 같은 모든 편의 시설이 잘 작동했습니다. 수영장은 크고 깨끗했고, 간식을 판매하는 편리한 미니 매점이 있습니다. 개선이 필요한 부분: 하지만 리조트 자체는 노후화되고 있습니다. 변기가 제대로 청소되지 않았고, 배수구 주변에 머리카락과 때가 있었습니다. 샤워 수압이 약했고, 히터를 사용하면 수도꼭지가 위험할 정도로 뜨거워졌습니다. 옷장은 강하고 불쾌한 냄새가 났고, 대부분의 가구와 샬레가 무너질 것 같았습니다. 에어컨 압축기는 오래되었고 선풍기 커버가 없어서 어린이의 안전에 위험이 있었습니다. 샬레 주변의 녹슨 금속 조각과 깨지기 직전인 계단이 우려를 더했습니다. 창문이 제대로 닫히지 않았고 문을 잠그기도 어려웠습니다. 바다가 보이는 샬레는 추가 비용을 낼 만한 가치가 없었습니다. 전망은 실망스러웠습니다. 레스토랑도 실망스러웠습니다. 음식이 비싸고 맛도 없었습니다. 대신 부두 근처에서 음식을 사는 것이 좋습니다. 품질이 훨씬 좋습니다. 리조트의 아침 식사도 마찬가지로 인상적이지 않았고, 선택 사항이 제한적이고 밋밋했습니다. 미니 매점은 종종 사람이 없어서 물건을 사기 어려웠습니다. 결론: 이러한 문제에도 불구하고 뛰어난 직원 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 그러나 리조트에는 더 많은 직원과 대대적인 리노베이션이 절실히 필요합니다. 잠재력이 있는 사랑스러운 위치이지만 시설에 상당한 개선이 필요하다는 것이 분명합니다.

1. Foods is not enough for breakfast. 2. Toilet cleanliness is terrible. 3. The menu is very limited and staffs are shorthanded. 4. The resorts need to refurbish and not ready for reopen.

horray... this is very nice place.. so beautiful island.. I really like it.. staff also very friendly and helpful... swimming pool also ok.. breakfast just so so.. overall 4 star given

Not much choices for breakfast served, and the food was terrible. A holiday at the worst beach in Redang. Will definitely never come back to this resort.

Pleasant stay for honeymoon trip and for those who want sometime alone without hassle. The only thing here, no further choice of food. You have to either eat at hotel cafe or walk approximate around 500m to go to the nearest food stall. If you unlucky, sometimes food stall even close. You may rent motorcycle or scooter at nearest stall outside hotel.

It’s the best place to enjoy with your lovely partner, it’s peaceful place and so quiet, this place for people who really like to be faraway from the town, it’s not recommended for people who going with group or friends.

I not staying there because of water supply problem told by staff.

the room is not clean.. there is cockroaches in the bathroom and aircon.. the service also not good.. the location of this hotel is very far from everything.. they recommend us to go to public beach when there is nothing we can do there.. and they drop us far away from the beach so we need to walk about 30 minutes.. when we call the receptionist to pick us up again they do not want to because they busy and we need to wait until 5 pm when i got there is at 12 pm.. so what can we do there for 5 hours.. and when we found another way to go to other beach that is more beautiful and have activity to do we only ask the receptionist to pick us up at the jetty near the hotel (only takes 10 minutes for them to reach there) they did not want to and gave us the reason that doesn't make sense.. they said they can not provide transportation because we didn't take a tour from hotel.. i mean that it should be their job to provide facilities since they hotel is far from everything.. then how we suppose to reach the hotel when there is no taxi there.

Great location, good service, good food. Will definitively comeback!

The road entrance no resort elegant signboard. At night no lighting at the main entrance and on the bridge side.

Hotel is comfortable for vacation except for food.

Overall is okay, just the breakfast is not nice and it's far from the main beach. I need to take a boat to there for RM 200
