Close to the airport, friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. Terrible coffee, breakfast was too simple, lacking (no meat, potatoes, cheese), fruit was not ripe. Served in a very small space to move through, closet like. Room was clean, air conditioning in the room was very good. Shower head little sprinkle (no pressure) and dated. Not really walkable to any convenience store/restaurant.

Started by showing my Enroute discount card and front desk clerk and she said they couldn't give the discount on a prepaid room the booking agent said to show at check and they would honor. Not happy. Stayed on 3rd floor and at 5am people above us woke us as they sounded like a heard of elephants. Breakfast eggs were cold and flow around food area awkward hard to maneuver around people.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful . We got in late and they allowed us to have a late checkout for a small fee which was so appreciated . Definitely come back here if I’m in Calgary .

The room was clean, which was a positive. However, the bathroom chair was unstable and wobbled, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use. Unfortunately, none of the advertised amenities were available during my stay. The elevator, gym, and other facilities were all out of service, which was very disappointing. Another drawback was the lack of fresh air and natural light. Although the room had windows, they could not be opened, leaving the room feeling stuffy. Waking up without access to fresh air or proper ventilation made the room feel tiring and less comfortable overall.

We didn’t have a good experience for our stay as the elevators were out of service and we had rooms on 4th floor that became too much of a hassle to carry the luggage etc and specially for the elderly in the group with limited mobility it was just not something we were looking for after a long day. If not for the elevators issue, rest of the stay was good and rooms were clean and hotel staff on duty was super helpful as they tried their best to assist.

Free breakfast was convenient

Rooms were clean but elevators had the break downs. We got the rooms on 4th floor and staff helped to carry the luggage. It was hard for us couple of our members had knee surgery and other problem.

Acceptable for one night but not a place to stay for a real vacation. The elevator doesn't work so luggage is carried up 4 flights!

Exactly what we needed! The shuttle to and from the airport was easy, prompt, and reliable. Very happy we chose to stay here before our early morning flight.

Great customer service, excellent staff.

The elevators were out of order. The wifi kept going in and out. The hot tub was just a warm bath with no jets. I ran out of hot water when I had a shower, and our towels were dirty. Breakfast was average. For what they charge, this should have been so much better. Will not stay again.

Elevator not in service but Manager made sure we got room on ground floor

Our room was clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was decent. The property was a bit rough, duct tape on the walls and a bit run down. The low price does reflect that, though, and it wasn't dirty. The elevator was broken for the full 2 days and nights we stayed, so that was inconvenient. The pool area was decent. We enjoyed the hot tub which was nice and hot. Everything considered I think we would stay here again, when we are looking to save a buck (really, who isn't in this economy?)

Great staff, flawless airport shuttle. However the elevator was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor!

The elevator was not working during our stay, and we were put on the fourth floor, so we had to lug our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. We felt sorry for the house keeping staff who we say dragging bags of linens up the stairs.

Room was clean and staff helpful. However the elevator was broken and we had to stay on the 4th floor. Staff did carry our luggage up and down but after days of hiking I didn’t want to climb the stairs.
