it has dynamic swimming pool and activities. almost dinings so good and gourmet but some restaurant is unkindly.

The staff are very friendly. They understand me even though I speak in poor English. It's nice not having to worry about food.

너무 좋은곳에서 쉬고 가서 다음에 또 오고 싶어요

아주 좋습니다 단...수영장에 새들이 들어 오다보니 이상한 흰색? 같은게 둥둥 떠 다녀서...거부감이 듭니다. 그 외에는 다 좋았습니다!

깨끗하고 친절함

숙박 시설 관리 너무 좋았어요. 매를 이용해서 야외식사나 액티비티때 새를 쫒는것도 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 식당도 다 맛있었고 특히 프랑스식당 맛도 너무 좋았고 셔츠없이 간 저희에게 셔츠까지 빌려주는 배려도 너무 맘에 들었어요. 한가지 부페식당이 음식의 다양함이 좀 부족한게 아쉬운점 한가지였습니다.

El niño nadó con las gafas puestas en el sol Salieron las gafas Hablé con el mostrador, pero dijeron que no. Las gafas son como los ojos para un niño. Se le han quitado los ojos de encima. Estoy muy decepcionado con Hotal, he dejado un retraso, pero estoy disgustado porque aún no he recibido respuesta.

1주간 가족들고 행복한 시간을 보냈고 떠나기가 아쉬웠습니다. 비치는 짧지만 모래가 깨끗하고 부드러워 모래놀이를 하기 이상적이었습니다. 수영장은 잘 관리되고 있었고, 풀 내의 바와 풀 밖에서 음료 주문을 받는 직원들은 친절하고 세심하며 풀사이드 그릴도 맛이 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 식당이 훌륭하고 특히 디저트 가게는 매우 매력적이었습니다! 아이들과 물놀이를 하게되면서 객실을 드나들다 보면 젖은 수건이 가득 쌓이게 되는데, 저녁에 한번 더 방문해서 수건을 치워주고 새 수건과 어매니티를 챙겨 주어 좋았습니다. 객실과 풀 주변 화장실이 환기가 잘 안되었는데, 물론 호텔 밖의 화장실들에 비해서는 매우 깨끗합니다.

It was my first time in Cancun and I decided to book my stay at the Hyatt Ziva. When checking into the hotel, I was greeted by Melky. I ended up upgrading into the Turquoise Ocean front Suite. I must say I have no regrets in doing so. The room was on the 11th floor and had a spectacular view of the hotel’s beauty. When upgrading to the turquoise tower, the accommodation came with your very own butler service. NATASHA AND MARIE made my first time in Cancun so memorable! They went above and beyond everything I asked for and what their services/amenities that the Hyatt Ziva had to offer. Truly am impressed by the exceptional service Natasha & Marie offered. In addition, my partner and I visited the Cafe multiple times a day; Roger is a true craftsman as a barista. We enjoyed every drink that he served us. That’s why we came back multiple times a day! All in all, would I book a stay here again? Yes!

The staff is amazing. Food is not the best, but okay. Amenities are great. Did not love that staff will try to upsell you, but understand it’s part of their job.

ハネムーンで利用しました。 何もかもがパーフェクト。 1泊だけにしたことを本当に後悔しました。 5泊くらいしたかったです。 最高のおもてなしをありがとうございました。 最高の思い出ができました

Loved this place but absolutely regret using their photographer for our family shoot. Photo wasn’t professional at all. We had to provide him directions on how to take pics. Such a waste of money. Never go thru their photographer

We’ve stayed at 2 other Hyatt Ziva but by far this Cancun location has been the best in every aspect of the word. From the moment you arrive at the hotel their hospitality is impeccable. Every single employee we encountered was so eager to assist and go above and beyond. Definitely recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun.

Extremely clean and well kept property, beautiful location and the friendliest staff. Planning on staying at this property again.
