Bed was great. Water pressure a bit weak and breakfast was so so. Everything else was as expected

Rooms are very clean staff is very good yet the hotel is quite old the elevator is tight Lights go off at the lobby area at night which feels weird for me

Lovely staff

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel five times over the past two years, and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Beirut. The hotel’s intimate size is undoubtedly one of its strengths, offering a cosy and familiar atmosphere that larger establishments lack. The rooms are clean, with a timeless and elegant design. The furnishings are solid, and the beds are generously sized and comfortable, perfectly suited to my taste. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Without exception, they are warm, welcoming, and attentive. The receptionists, in particular, are discreet and go out of their way to accommodate my requests. Both check-in and check-out have always been quick and efficient. Housekeeping is thorough, and both the room service and laundry services are consistently prompt and reliable. The doormen deserve special mention for their attentiveness, always rushing forward, ensuring you are escorted to your taxi. One of the hotel’s most significant advantages is its location, situated in Achrafieh, arguably the safest area in Beirut. Additionally, the ABC Shopping Mall, which I frequent almost daily during my stays, is just a short walk away. It offers a wide range of shops and services that are particularly useful for travellers, as well as a variety of cafés. A taxi ride from the hotel to downtown Beirut typically takes 5 to 8 minutes, depending on traffic. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in the coming year!

A facility that does not balance price and benefit. I had one of my worst experiences. I called to ask how to reach the hotel. They said they would meet me at the airport. But they did not say that transportation to the hotel would be paid and would cost 40 dollars. At the last exit, they surprised me and asked for money. It's ridiculous to ask 40 dollars for a 15 dollar distance. I gave 15 dollars. I give 0 to the professionalism of the facility.

A remarkably cosy and homey hotel to stay in Beirut. A great location where you can walk pretty much everywhere in Achrafieh and the staff are always there to assist. The only letdown is that rooms could have a have better noise insulation. And parking is out on the street. Apart from that, a superb hotel in the heart of the captivating Beirut.

We had a very nice stay in Beirut. The hotel is close to Sassine Square and is very close the ABC, St. Nicolas Cathedral, Gemmayze, Sursock etc. It is also in a very safe area and is also close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again plus the staff are just so very nice and accommodating...typical Lebanese hospitality at its finest!

Simply Amazing

I liked the way the staff showed their help and support, their welcoming style. The hotel is clean, cosy and very quote. Breakfast is good and the outdoor place is very quite and nice. I loved it.

This is the widest hotel ever that I stayed in entire my life. 1st of all. Their beds are not conformable even I changed the room all the beds are not comfortable. Their pillows are not conformable. The phones in all the rooms are broken. The bath rooms are broken and too old. Shower Faucet was broken. Toilet Faucet was broken. No Room services. Ect. For the amount that I paid and too expensive I blamed myself. Also their elevator is too small and too slow and too old.
