공항 픽업 택시 서비스를 요청하였는데, 호텔 차량이 아니라 그냥 택시 불러주는 것이었고, 기사가 당초 호텔에서 안내받은 15유로와는 달리 21유로를 요구했음. 늦은 시각이고 호텔 바로 앞은 차량 진입도 어려워 그냥 21유로 주고 체크인시 데스크에 얘기했더니, 그 기사 이상하다고 자기가 알아보겠다고 했으나 그뿐이었음. 체크아웃 할때까지 아무런 피드백도 없었음. 그냥 일반 택시 이용하면 7유로가 채 나오지 않음. 다른 리투아니아 호텔도 마찬가지인 듯하지만, 치약, 치솔, 면도기 없음. 샤워기 수압 좋음. 무료 생수 지급 없음. 조식은 괜찮으나, 주말에는 8시부터 식사 시작이라 좀 늦는 편임. 에어컨 있음(발틱3국 호텔에는 없는 호텔 많음). 위치가 대성당 광장 인근이고 주변에는 "간단한" 쇼핑, 식사 가능.

酒店整體水準不錯，惟整潔有待提高，連續住多晚，清潔不夠乾淨，而且被袋和枕頭袋有破損穿窿。此外，自駕到酒店泊車沒有提供路線指示，因而泊錯地點。

A very good location for walking around old town, eating, shopping. Great breakfast buffet. Service, wifi and security were good. However, no upgrade, no welcome drink.

Fint hotell , moderne rom , rent , profesjonelt, sentralt, nydelig frokost. Vi har bodd på Congress Avenue flere ganger.

Clean and very convenient location. Very comfortable bed - however we could hear noise/music from outside from the main road.

Das Zimmer zeichnete sich durch eine großzügige Raumgestaltung und einen gepflegten Zustand aus. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage, die eine bequeme Erreichbarkeit der meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß ermöglicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und eine ansprechende Präsentation. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Good value

Hotel was close to most interesting places of old town. Street in front of hotel was closed for cars at evening. We were very pleased with breakfast with lots of choices (one of us is vegan and another prefers meat) Only negative we could mention is wall-to-wall carpet in room.
