Amazing lil find close to the city. Easy to access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and excellent breakfast served in room.,travelled with our family from Canada and had an amazing time.

Fantastic staff, proactive communication and Thank You to Dario who was fabulous. This apartment style hotel is about a 15 min walk to the city centre. So if you are looking for something close to the centre with more space this is a good choice. at our request Dario organised local transportation (airport transfers, local sightseeing a.k.a private car hire for the day, and even a 2am pick up from Plaza Regojico where Bi-Modal from Machu Pichu drops folks off). Summary: Location: About a 15 min walk to city centre and 20 minute cab from the airport. Great communication and very helpful staff. Apartment style hotel where they also rent out rooms individually or the entire apartment.

Clean and helpful staff

No hot water! Have to contact for service every time if we need to shower! Dusty room! Do not walk barefoot! And the room are super cold. We got sick because of the cold room. We finally got a heater but doesn't really help. Staff are helpful but not worth the headache. Also loud party noise at all nights. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The apartment is huge and a spacious, the place very clean and from the windows you can see the City of Cusco. We went during summer, however it was very cold. You would need a heater in every room to warm the place. It is located several minutes walking, please note it is up heal on the way back. We had a car, however it is not easy to find parking, we ended up taking taxi. Breakfast is limited. The staff is great!

Excelente alojamiento, la ubicación esta a lo mucho a 15 minutos del centro, pero lo que realmente vale la pena es la atención que tienen con los huespedes, en nuestro caso tuvieron la amabilidad de guardar nuestro equipaje ya que ese dia iriamos a Machu Pichu y hasta el dia siguiente ocupariamos la habitación

El lugar súper limpio, bien ubicado, caminamos hasta la plaza principal y lo mejor los empleados del hotel maravillosos. Andi nos ayudó mucho y siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitáramos. Excelente lugar volveríamos allí sin duda alguna

This is our first time visiting Peru to visit Machu Picchu and tour Sacred Valley in Cusco. Expedia offered the RHouse Cusco hotel as the choice for family of 5 with 3 kids. We did late check in on Friday night the hotel were very cordial in receiving us. I immediately felt Altitude sickness after checking in the hotel. Elian the front office staff immediately helped me with tablets, gave tips, oxygen air bottles and made us comfortable. Everyday we enjoyed nice breakfast and they were cordial in treating us family. House keeping was nice and rooms were neat and clean every night after we come back from excursion. We took 2 Bed room with Kitchen and everything was nice and functional. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Cusco and love to visit again with family. Thanks Ananth V

Rhouse was a nice place to stay for our large group. It’s centrally located and not super far from the square and markets. Uber rides are maybe 10 minutes to the main areas. That is important to know since it’s not easy to walk far with the elevation change. The rooms were clean, but the kitchen wasn’t super useful minus the refrigerator. I’d also recommend stocking up on bottled water since they only have tap there and you very much need to have safe drinking water in Peru. The breakfast was nice, they brought it to our room daily. The bathrooms are nice and modern with large showers. TVs in every room and the WiFi worked well. The staff was very helpful and attentive during the day, but they are not available overnight like at a hotel. There is also no heat or air, so bring sweatshirts. They do provide oxygen if needed, but I’d recommend bringing your own tubes, since they aren’t sterile and are changed bi-weekly. Overall we had a nice stay at this property!

Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was bijna elke dag hetzelfde maar wel vers. Iets meer variatie in het ontbijt kan geen kwaad. Service over het algemeen was erg goed.

Nice staff, nice room, safe location within walking distance of historic area, away from principle tourist areas which are traditionally high crime, and more of a typical local community environment, which I also like. Had some facility issues which they fixed as soon as possible.

Friendly staff, great for big groups
