nice antique room with great combination of Chinese culture and melayu it's very amazing night we spend at this hotel. couple of minutes to jonker walk and lot of street food around the hotels location. i really love the service at they restaurant especially from aunts that serve us really well

Good: 1. Location. Right at centre of Jonker Street. Everything is within walking distance. Foods, shops, red square, Hard Rock Cafe, river cruise etc. 2. Very comfortable stay. Book 1 family suite and 2 deluxe room. 3. Old baba nyonya heritage theme hotel. You just have to see it to believe it. So cozy! Every corner is instagram-worthy! 4. Very helpful staff. From front counter to helper. They attended us from check-in till checkout. Bad: 1. Parking a bit far. Need to walk a bit. Had you left something in car, just don't bother to take it. Take a grab is a good choice. 2. Some items in family room quite dated. Need to maintain. No problem with deluxe room. 3. Breakfast included. However cafe is 2 doors away. Behind a Kebaya dress shop. No problem for me. Once you enter the cafe, you gonna be surprise! Food selection is good though. That auntie is very nice and friendly!

Stay in the executive suite. Amazing service, great location, and the most comfortable room I've stay before in Malacca! The only thing to comment would be the room cleaning service can be done better especially on hygiene part (e.g. Bath tub). Also, it will be appreciate if could provide bath robe for guests. Thumbs up for the chicken rice served in breakfast. Definitely will come back again!

Everything is so nice in this hotel. I love the interior of the hotel. so cozy and makes me feel like i'm home

It was a great stay! From the ambience to the room cleanliness and the really helpful and friendly staff, it was a wonderful stay. The only con is the parking venue as it was located quite a distance from the hotel and we didn't feel safe leaving the car there. There's plenty of parking right in front the hotel so we got the parking coupons (wasn't that expensive). Otherwise great hotel!
