We were delighted that the hospitality was extraordinary. The warm greetings we received when we checked in was maintained until the end of our stay. Throughout everything, our Patih, Mba Parmini and all of the staff are very helpful and attentive to our needs. Undoubtedly the service is top notch. We also had a great dinner at Kubu Restaurant. The scenery was amazing and all of our meals tasted so good. We also highly appreciate that The Chef was willing to greet us at our table. We are very thankful that we got up graded to a villa, overlooking the rice terrace which was very beautiful. Every corner of Mandapa Reserve is something that you don't want to missed on.

Great hotel, clean rooms, good views, and lots of free activities hosted by the hotel. However with the price paid, I definitely expected more.

Amazing experience! Staff was kindly great and service was beyond top notch! Location is prime near to the ubud center, the amazing views as we enter the premises made us feel like we are far away from the center when we are actually only 5 mins away. Would definitely come back for many more times. Such a great place for couples especially for honeymooners. So far the best staying experience in bali by far!
