A good property to stay in Zurich

Was expecting more from this Hotel. Staff very friendly and service minded. Rooms very basic and no aircondition in the room. Simple beds and very thin walls where you can hear people in the room next to you talk. Very early vacuming outside the room which woke me up. Will not recommend this Hotel even if the staff was really friendly.

Albergo con camera carina dotata dei comfort basici e pulito. Intorno all'albergo non ci sono molti locali. Personale gentile e colazione ricca, questo é ciò che abbiamo apprezzato di più del soggiorno.

Easy to check in / check out Friendly staff

Very accessible by public transit, great for short term stays. No kitchen so it is more like hotel than a service apartment.

Clean and very polite staff

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. She lended me a plug adaptor CH/Europ and advices me for restaurants. Some excellent apples are proposed at the front desk. The room was perfectly clean with a modern design. The breakfast is also perfect. The hotel is very close to the tramway station to ride to Zurich (about 1 hour), as it is very to park a car in the downtown. Thank you to the team !

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben gut geschlafen, das Bett war super, es war auch ruhig. Nur Morgens um 09:30 Uhr hat man uns an die Tür geklopft und wir wurden gefragt ob wir das Zimmer verlassen würden (quasi ausschenken), der Zimmerservice hatte es eilig das Zimmer zu reinigen 😁

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und bemüht! Die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel ist sehr praktisch. Unser Terrier hat sich auch auf dem Balkon sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder zurück!!

Alles Tip top. Nur die Anfahrt war mit Google Maps schwierig zu finden .

Wir besuchen unseren Sohn mit Familie 2-3 x im Jahr; das ist für diese Situation ideal.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
