This hotel is absolutely beautiful, location is about 6 blocks from Puebla Zocalo, we walked there. Breakfast was always fresh made to order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Place was super clean, always smelled great and we always had hot water for showers. I recommend it 💯 %

prachtig interieur super personeel ,ondanks het niet voorzien was heeft men ons geholpen met geld te wisselen ,droogkuisservice georganiseerd( binnen de 24 uitgevoerd) taxi bellen ? zij weten ineens te zeggen hoeveel deze rit gaat kosten... de bediening in het restaurant/ontbijt iedereen netjes in dezelfde outfit en ondanks taalbarriere:geen enkel probleem gehad enkel veel fun

Fui a una Recepción de Boda, todo fue excelente

La casona muy bonita pero la habitación se siente un poco apretada y la ventana da al patio general por lo que hay ruido leve todo el tiempo.

El hotel está bonito, pero la cama muy inestable recomendaría renovaran esas camas viejas. Por lo demás estuvo excelente, el servicio de su personal muy bien.
