This hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the minute you walk in you can see the attention to detail and the effort to keep the property appealing to the eye, clean and well maintained. I just love the authentic Mexican feel to the building & decor. The king sized bed was so comfortable. You get 4 big pillows and the quality of the linen & towels were top quality. I love the fact they have water, coffee, tea and biscuits available in the common areas all day long. As a tall person, 178cm, there was not a lot of room between my knees and the vanity cupboard doors when using the toilet. And for the ladies, the magnify mirror on the wall, combined with the tall mirror on the wall was excellent for getting ready for the day. And lastly, the staff were very polite and helpful all the time.

Hotel muy céntrico, personal muy atento y amigable. Servicio de café y te todo el día y una gran chimenea encendida en el lobby

Excelente ubicación y limpieza

El staff es muy servicial pero no eaperen que funcione como hotel de cadena con servicio las 24 horas del día. El único detalle es que la regadera tiraba mucha agua hacia el piso del cuarto de baño. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, las noches que fuimos fueron frescas entonces no tuvimos problema, pero punto a conaiderar.

A unique and beautiful hotel right in the middle of the action! One of the best features is the gated and locked parkade which is a couple doors down. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We took notice of the fact that EVERY staff member we ran into, took the time to make eye contact, smile and greet us. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and it was extremely quiet. There’s a lovely courtyard flanking either side of the spacious rooms. You’re able to help yourself to water, tea, coffee and an assortment of sweets throughout the dsy. The small, white, powdered sugar dusted cookies were my absolute favourite! Our room had a king bed which was very comfortable with crisp, white hotel linens. The room stays cool all day and night and inside the closet, was a large, cream coloured blanket which was soft, fuzzy and warm. It was put to very good use each night! Completing the room, there were 2 wing backed chairs, a small table, long dresser, 2 night stands and a good sized TV. I would definitely stay here again due to the above mentioned points as well as the close proximity it is to everything including the busy, shopping square which is only a couple blocks away. Very impressed - thanks very much and we’ll most definitely be back again sometime❤️

Habitación perfecta en limpieza, el lugar queda cerca del centro de todo y el personal es excelente, la tranquilidad que se respira en ese lugar en inigualable. Siempre que regrese me hospedaré nuevamente sin pensarlo. El único detalle es que sale poca agua caliente y dura muy poco y el lugar es súper fresco. Sería excelente que pudieran arreglar ese detalle. Pero el lugar es bellísimo
