Best experience ever. If you want to experience the Japanese culture and life you should go to this place.

Extremely clean, well maintained, and top notch staff. One of the best service I have received in my 50 years. As Americans, we were transported into Japanese culture and cuisine. Also extremely convenient to train station and tours. Best recommendation I can offer. If you are a picky eater, and unwilling to experience the traditional cuisine, this may not be for you. The people made this even better!

A wonderful experience, highly recommended

We did the Japanese dinner+breakfast+traditional futon experience, and it was wonderful. The hotel is well-located (about 5 minutes' walk from the train statio.), the staff greet you with genuine warmth and nothing is too much trouble, and of course the Onsen is the cherry on the top.

Excelente ryokan. Todo fantástico: el personal muy atento y disponible, el restaurante excelente, la habitación muy amplia y con decoración muy depurada y cuidada y el onsen con vistas a un jardín zen. Todos los detalles hacen que el descanso al final del día esté garantizado.

Excellent ryokan very close to Kanazawa train station. Exceptional hosts and a wonderful experience

We had a lovely, authentic experience at this ryokan. It is a bit worn, but the service and staff are terrific.

Die Einrichtung ist traditionell japanisch, aber leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen ist hervorragend.

Our stay was spectacular. Location cannot be beat - half a block from the train station. The onsen was amazing. The staff are beyond kind and helpful. The food was very traditional - we appreciated the effort that went into each dish, and we are fortunate our daughter is an adventurous eater - but some westerners may find the menu items challenging. But we embraced the challenge! Highly recommend if you really want to experience Japanese culture.

Beautiful room, excellent food, clean and beautiful. Staff was amazing and so helpful. From the moment we checked in we felt special and pampered.

Everything was perfect. The staff are fantastic and helpful. The rooms are lovely. And the food is delicious. It also helps that it is about two minutes walk from the station.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was a charming traditional experience. The food was tasty, traditional Japanese cuisine, and so convenient not to have to worry about where to go for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast is very Japanese style. Don’t bother to compare it to what you have back home. Have an open mind and an open palate!

Nice clean room, not much of view though (just the station). Location is close to the station, very convenient. It's still in walking distance to chaya district and the market.

un hotel excelente sin dudas, el personal muy amable y atento todo el tiempo, la habitación muy limpia y muy bonita, muy tradicional, nos recibieron con un té y dulces todo muy rico, dormimos super cómodos a pesar de ser un Ryokan, pero eso era lo que buscábamos la experiencia tradicional y lo cumplieron completamente. tuvimos desayuno y cena y ambos estuvieron increíbles, tradicionales y ricos. ademas la atención fue excelente. por ultimo la experiencia del Onsen fue muy buena, instalaciones muy bonitas y todo muy adecuado.
