직원들은 친절했고, 제가 갈 수 있는 모든 곳과 가까운 곳이었습니다.

호텔은 깨끗하고 향기롭고, 작지만 편안했습니다.

친절한 직원, 음식점과 가깝습니다. 할랄과 비할랄. 다만 로비 근처에 위치해 있어서 벨 소리 때문에 조금 시끄럽습니다.

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable for family. the counter service is friendly and helpful. however, still have some room for improvement such as to provide toilet mattress, sufficient liquid soap and telephone line need to be fix.

Pelayanan check-in super lambat, sekitar hampir 1 jam saya harus menunggu kunci kamar diberikan. hotel juga tidak ada lift, Sangat melelahkan karena saya harus menaiki tangga kebetulan dapat di lantai 3 karena di lantai 1 dan 2 sudah tidak ada kamar.

Facilities and staffs are all good but the bed itself. Hard pillows and bed. Whole body got a backache after couple of nights. First time I feel good to be back into my own room and had a nice sleep afterwards.

We had an enjoyable stay at Lavender Inn, location near to Legoland too. A lot of shops around the hotel. Also near to Tesco Hypermart and Aeon Mall. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel for those who want a great hotel and affordable in Johor.

Bersih, bagus, minus cuma dikawasan pemukiman chinese, banyak anjing, wakautan yang lainnya oke.

You get what you pay. The hotel does not have parking for the guests. And recently they are quite strict on the check out time, which can be quite inconvenient. The room was clean.

Keseluruhan semuanya oke, bilik yang selesa walaupun agak sempit, lobby yang cantik dan wangi, kakitangan yang mesra.

55 menit terkunci di kamar mandi, kamar yang dipesan tidak sesuai dengan foto. Tidak ada kursi. Yang membedakan superior dan deluxe hanyalah jendela saja. Huft.

Lumayan nyaman, bersih, murah, cocok buat transit. Ke Legoland pake grab cuma 10 menitan. Saya menginap 1 malam, check-in jam 12 malam karena dapat tiket pesawat ke Johor dari KL yang malam. Terus paginya pindah ke legoland hotel sesuai rencana. Cuma agak susah cari makan. Karena tidak include breakfast. Jadinya, breakfast di legoland saja. Check-in tidak susah, WiFi oke. wonderful room, clean, big staff is very helpful, we can check in 2 hours earlier. the hotel hallway smells of cigarettes no lift, but its ok, we on the 2nd floor 10 minutes walk to food stall, taste is good 20 minutes to legoland its a pity we couldn't try durians around there
