Extrem tolles Team an der Rezeption, super schöne Zimmer, habe ein Zimmer im 13.OG extrem toller Blick auf ganz Bratislava und Österreich. Ich komme seit Jahren immer wieder. 5* für das Team und das Hotel.

Arrivati in camera ci siamo accorti che era preparata per una sola persona pur essendo una matrimoniale. Non c'era acqua calda e il lavandino era otturato. In breve tempo hanno risolto il tutto ma ci è sembrato una poca cura nei dettagli. Gancio della doccia rotto. Essendo un quattro stelle non ce lo aspettavamo

Nice location in the middle of the forest - good walking trails. Room was quite old and worn, but the bed was comfortable and everything worked. The hotel staff was friendly and the service fast. Breakfast was modest but nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in a nice quiet wooded area, very close to the city. Quiet and clean. Just be aware there are additional taxes they you will have to pay in addition to what you already paid online. Not much (3 euros per person) but it is just annoying that it is not charged during the reservation rather than as a surprise when your are checking in. All in all it is a nice decent hotel at a reasonable price. I would stay there again.

Für Naturliebhaber wie wir liegt die Unterkunft in einem sehr gut erschlossenen Naherholungsgebiet mit optimalen Bike- und Wandermöglichkeiten.

Non seulement sur votre site lors de la réservation il était indiqué “petit déjeuner inclus” et lorsque je suis arrivée à l’hôtel ce n’était plus précisé. Sur aucun de mes documents je ne retrouvais la précision et je n’avais pas fait de capture d’écran justifiant cette précision lors de la réservation. Le réceptionniste a demandé que je paye les petits déjeuners une nouvelle fois! ! Une arnaque ? Aussi l’hôtel est propre mais la chambre était vétuste, les matelas usés, la moquette tachée ! La réceptionniste le lendemain était sur son téléphone et n’a même pas levé la tête, leur tenue vestimentaire était inapproprié à un hôtel se disant 4 étoiles…

Beautiful surroundings. Very quiet. Friendly staff. However, the check in instructions were somewhat confusing and different from what the policies on Expedia booking page implied. Anyhow, we got to our room and had a good stay.

Lækkert hotel, fine rum og god morgenmad. Dejlige omgivelser i form af skov og mange vandrestier.

Veskrze pozitivní dojmy z hotelu uprostřed lesů, ale městu na dohled. Přímo nad hotelem se tyčí televizní věž Kamzík, jedna z dominant Bratislavy se skutečně krásným výhledem. Samotný hotel je velmi klidný, sice ne nijak malý, ale přitom skoro až rodinný. Hezká a prosvětlená jídelna, kde se podává pestrá snídaně formou bufetových stolů.

Super prostředí - uprostřed nádherné přírody, velice vhodné pro procházky s domácími mazlíčky. A velká přednost - úžasná restaurace s ještě úžasnějším jídlem.
