My partner got bed bug bites all over her legs 😢. The service is not available when we need assistance on a Sunday morning, only manong guard is available. Had to look for a drugstore to buy ointments for the bites.

Got bed bug bites. Assistance was not available last Sunday morning except for manong guard. Room was warm though it was air conditioned.

Room is clean, the only problem is the water, there is no service or you need to tell the attendant if you want to have a water on your faucet, the food is very expensive.

I had a pleasant stay here for 2nd time

Basic and clean. You get what you pay for. Quiet place. You go through a one car dirt road to reach the place from the bus line - main road. Same narrow dirt road leads you to the beach.

The receptionist is accommodating. The CR is also clean so far my stay here was good. Malapit sa beach walking distance. Very nice!

great place for budget travellers

The place is good and very near at the beach and some food stalls. Night life is good and they have accommodating staffs.

Our stay in their cottage was awesome because it's just walking distance to Alona Beach. Though some of their amenities need to be upgraded like having hot and cold shower, new aircon and added linens.

Had our room on the second floor. New room, clean. Careful on the stairs going up. Not recommended with kids if staying on second floor.

Not recommended for a family staycation but the staffs are very kind and accommodating. There’s no electric kettle for hot water.The location is good, it takes 5 minutes to walk going to the beach but the passage way is a bit scary especially during night time since there are alot of construction workers around and no much street lights.

staff are accommodating. location is ok, 2 mins away to beach front. it's ok that they don't offer food, a snack bar would be a good add on.

The room is good not so good on some other deluxe room but the price is right... noisy outside because of the construction. no internet inside the room as mentioned in their offer.

Commendables: •Affordability (booked our room for only P1,200) •Spacious room (Deluxe) •Accommodating staffs •Free hot water at the front desk (for cup noodles, hot chocolates, oats, etc.) •Cable channels on the flat screen TV •Distance from Alona Beach (1-2min walk) •Security of the premise •Hot/Cold shower •Overlooking veranda outside our room •Table and chairs, cabinet and drawers with locks (inside the room) Suggestions to future guests: •Bring extra inflatable pillow/ multi-purpose travel blanket (pillows and blankets are thin) -Good thing we did! ☺️ •Bring your own bath soap and shampoo/ hair conditioner (they aren’t included in the package you pay for) •Bring earplugs (there is an ongoing construction of a resort/ hotel directly next to this site) This still is a great deal!

Nice room, big enough for two persons, aircon is great, near to Alona beach, great staff. But they don't have toiletries, and pillows are flat and old, they should replace it. But over all we had a great stay. I will definitely go back in Alona Gorve. Thank you for the great experience.

They are very accommodating. They also take good care of our things while we are away. They always attend to our needs.

The room can go even without air condition. Also, near the beach within just 2mins walk. If you wanted to just relax and have a good sleep this is the area to be since its kind of far from the nightlife. All in all, I like my stay here.
