Our experience was absolutely phenomenal! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Jorge impressed us with his professionalism and attentiveness. He ensured we were well-informed and felt welcomed right away. A special shoutout to Vicente at the Xhale pool—his exceptional service and warm hospitality truly elevated our experience. He made us feel like VIPs and went out of his way to accommodate us, making our stay even more special. Thank you to the entire team for an incredible experience. We can’t wait to return!

Your room was beautiful, clean, and relaxing

The property was well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sonia and Maria around the pool. The girls were really top notch. The atmosphere was lively and the rooms were perfect. The food options were amazing. There really were no complaints. We had a fabulous time.

Really enjoyed our stay. The reservations to the restaurants were a pain but the night time theater shows made up for it! Overall we were satisfied with our stay!

Wilburth the bartender, Gabriella the server at the sports bar, and Angel aka brown sugar made the trip unforgettable. Thank you to the breathless team!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Breathless. The staff was incredibly kind, and the food was fantastic. We especially want to acknowledge Aladine at the French restaurant—he was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. I’d also like to thank Jeorge for his delicious fresh fruit juices and smoothies. He, too, was very kind and attentive. The only downside to our experience was the noise from the guests staying above us. I was trying to enjoy a peaceful morning reading on a beach chair in my balcony, but from around 6:30 to 8:30 a.m, they were loudly talking and smoking marijuana on their balcony, which woke up both my daughter and sister. They were non stop.Their behavior was completely inappropriate and disruptive. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was perfect.

Perfect place to visit!

The staff are the real heros. Very friendly and helpful for what ever need you may or may not need. Even just asking how your day is going throughout the day was a great touch

This was my first ever experience in Cancun and it was unbelievable. I understand people are paid to do their job but each and every employee from the bell boy and greeter to the staff and the dining restaurant and pool employees. They were all great they remember after a day all smiles, greet you anytime you see them/walk past. A lot of the pool side staff will seek you out no matter where you relax and get you drinks. The place was spotless and the food was AMAZING. Honestly the restaurants on the resort are bettern than most resurants here in the states when it comes to service politeness and dining experience and the quality of food was amazing. Idk about anyone else but it seems like no matter what I ate I couldn’t gain weight, I’d like to believe it’s because of the quality of the food and the fact they don’t add extra bs in the ingredients. 10/10 would recommend this place. Ps the rooms were very clean always had fridge and towels restocked rooms cleaned daily and had zero concern with any possible dirty beds it was a dream to be honest
