L cama muy incómoda y el desayuno malo

I was in one of the newly remodeled the rooms and it was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. We had an updated room which was complete with amenities. For us the beds were a bit firm. But if that’s what you like, it’s right for you. The breakfast offerings were different both days we went so that made me happy! Our only complaint was the shower head. It is one of those square ones above your head and the water seemed to go in every direction, in a thin stream on this one, in room 431. We had kind and helpful staff at the desk. We were not able to check in early but we could leave our bags and they were brought to our room as soon as we arrived for check in.

Everything was fine, just the parking service was not available at all.

Location was great, room was small but clean. Staff were all very attentive.

O hotel é confortável, limpo, com boa localização. Destaque para o atendimento extremamente atencioso e fora do comum de Raul, que fez meu check in de maneira carinhosa. Mas tem pontos a melhorar.

La habitación estaba bien, pero pedí una cama para 2 personas y fue pequeña.. es mejor pedir la que viene con 2 camas, mas grande incluso la habitación…

Our whole stay was good.

The hotel is fine and the location is very good, lots of restaurants around. I was disappointed because I paid at the hotel, instead of paying when I made the reservation on Expedia, and the hotel charged me US$35 more due to the "echange rate". Very annoying and not very transparent!

The hotel is OK but the room was extremely overpriced for what ive paid
