Clean, quiet, beautiful place to stay.great service. Good food.

Wonderful staff… Unbeatable views of the Rocky coast and Atlantic Ocean… Perfect location easy to get anywhere on the Cape. The breakfast are beyond amazing one of best breakfast spots in North America.

The customer service was amazing not to mention the ocean view. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet. I stayed more than one night they were very accommodating.

Nice view but inn is a little bit outdated

Did not like one sided toilet paper

Location is beautiful and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and parking my car right up to my room was great. My only negative is rooms are somewhat dated.

Fantastic service, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The view is amazing! Just a short drive to the train station and excellent seafood. I would stay here again!

The view of the ocean is fantastic!!

Everything started off well when we checked in. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was simple, but the water pressure was great and everything was in very good condition. We enjoyed being able to stroll by the water, and being able to walk to Good Harbor Beach. My one qualm was that other guests were walking along the front walkway, which passes by the very large window to each room (the Inn specifically asks guests not to walk there). Anyone walking by can see everything in your room, including any bags or valuables you may have-- and whether you are in the room or not. For this reason I think the Inn needs to build permanent partitions along the front. We had to keep the curtain totally shut unless we specifically wanted to look at the view, which was disappointing since that was the main reason we chose to stay there.

Our second time and we love it. The rooms overlook the ocean and the sunrise is gorgeous. The breakfast is great and not overpriced. The staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean. Lots of parking and lots of restaurants within driving distance

View is spactular and property is impeccably maintained!!

Everything was excellent. The views were amazing. The facilities were meticulously clean and something was always being maintained throughout the day. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Bed Was very very comfortable. Breakfast restaurant on property was great with friendly service. Can’t wait to visit again

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and loved having a fridge. And that view was amazing! However, you can tell it’s an old hotel that needs a few improvements. Namely: much better lighting needed in the bathroom and near the head of the bed-I was having trouble reading with the light that was there. The bathroom absolutely needs a fan. Can’t depend on the sea breeze to exchange the air. Need partitions between private patios to feel confidence in your privacy. It’s nice to leave the curtains open to bring more light into the room, but there’s always a chance of another guest walking past your window on their way to the pool. I have to say, despite all of these needed improvements, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly! And the cafe has wonderful breakfasts!
