I would say it’s not really a hotel but more like a dorm. The first room they gave me had small cockroaches. I asked to be transferred and the room where I stayed had 3 single beds and tv reception only had local channels. Water coming from the faucet also smelled. Sheets have stains and no foot rags on the floor. Room rate is overpriced and I didn’t get my money’s worth.

We traveled far and long that day and needed a place to stay for the night as we had a baby. Looking around available hotels in the area, I saw that Madison 101 Hotel and Tower had a competitive rate. I haven’t tried staying in there and thought I might give it a chance. Turned out we had the best deal. Room was clean and comfortable. Room had the right temperature for my baby. The place was relaxing because it is quiet. Check in and check out was a breeze. Can’t wait to go back. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I booked the Standard Triple room and it was fairly. The room is clean and the ambiance is very nice. The only problem I had was the wifi. They have several WiFi within the hotel but connection is not good. I stayed there for work but I can't even access our office email with the kind of connection they have. I relied on my own data instead and it was way way faster than their wifi. Hope they would fix it.

Place is clean and comfortable. AC is cold. Staff are friendly and quick to response. I wish there was cable TV though.

We stayed in a standard room and I was shocked that they do have mini refrigerator in that room. The hotel is clean but when we moved the bed to make it connected to the other bed, you'll see dirt in the corner. Receptionists are very welcoming except the girl with short hair. I hope I see her smiling on our next booking.

We really enjoyed our stay for an overnight getaway. I am very delighted they upgraded our room to premium suite for free! The room is clean, very comfortable bed and good view of Manila. I witnessed the sunset at LRT2. Gilmore and Robinson Magnolia are just walking distance.

It was a very nice hotel. It was more than what we expected. But staff at front desk does not give you warm welcome. doesn't smile. But the room was really very nice. WiFi was okay. There's cable. Very clean toilet room.

We put clean room signage at the door but when we returned, our room is still not clean. But overall our stay was great!

Front desk is not so accommodating but I commend their housekeeping staff because they are very friendly and eager to serve you.
