Smells disgusting

The pool and slide kept little ones entertained. Dining staff provided a quiet space for a family visit with children. Excellent service by early evening dining staff and breakfast personnel.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful when we had a problem with our air conditioner. They moved, upgraded us and gave us complimentary breakfast. The area is not pleasant to visit, but the hotel is nice.

We found the building to be dated as well as the pool area. Sadly, the waterslide could not be on because there was no operator. One of the main reasons we booked the place. The location is not ideal either for families. And while the staff was kind, they definitely were not quick. We waited 45 minutes to an hour for a pillow.

The door to the bathroom wouldn't shut. It's an average hotel room but they charge a premium price. The Breakfast Buffet is what you would see at any other hotel that they would include in the price instead of charging extra. It really wasn't worth it.

The hotel is well situated and very clean. The room was quite small seemingly but the bed was very comfortable.

The room was truly clean and modern. This hotel has great accessibility to entertainment venue across the street and parking that is all linked indoors by hallways. Every area seems to be safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

All was good with the exception of the check in process, when you book it gives you the option to select extras. Breakfast and Parking. The parking was listed as ten dollars so I chose it and prepaid for the room and parking. When i got to check in the front desk asked me if I needed parking. I told her I had prepaid it on Hotels.com After looking over the reservation she told me the complimentary parking was a block away. So i paid again for parking this time to the tune of $35.00 for the night. If the other parking is complimentary still not sure what I paid the ten dollars for.

The check in was easy. Parking was a bit tricky until we had the proper instructions during check in. The water slide was only open from 5-10pm. The location is convenient

Parking was very troublesome for a person that drives a full sized truck.

Breakfast should be included , hallways need Reno’s. Ice /water machine on 18 was down

Excellent staff and hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful. Simple things like using the phone in the room, getting the TV to work, accessing the internet and using the EV charger for our car all required help from staff. Everyone was helpful but it was surprising how many simple tasks required attention.
