정말 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 직원들이 정말 친절하고 배려심이 많았습니다! 남편 생일을 위해 마지막 순간에 깜짝 저녁 식사를 준비해 주었고, 심지어 방도 장식해 주었습니다. 다음에 이포에 갈 때 다시 여기 머물고 싶습니다.

Friendly staff, cosy room, beautiful surroundings. 10% off dinner at Atapas restaurant right in front of the accommodation if you show your card key. Will definitely come again.

Almost perfect and reasonable price soundproof can be improve

Love the room, spacious and clean. Bathroom was great, bathtub is awesome. Front desk receptionist was very friendly. Food for breakfast was great. There was few mosquitoes as we have private fish pond, but staff was nice and eager to help.

Very nice, cosy, clean, quite for short gate away from your busy day even though the location is in the city. We stay for 1 night with family suite room, and enjoying the relaxing massage oil for 2 hours. The Ayam betutu taste original together with nasi lemak it's nice combination. As we are Indonesian we can feel Bali atmosphere while you're in Ipoh.

Bilik yang sangat kemas dan cantik sangat selesa. Sarapan yang sangat sedap. Saya pasti akan menginap lagi di hotel ini. Isteri saya sangat puas hati dengan staff yang sangat mesra n friendly.

Good location with friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Staff accommodated to slightly later check out time. Only issue was the walls are thin and we could hear conversations from next room and they were quite loud into the late hours of the night.

Overall, the room is good. However, the breakfast quality is not as per expected. Hopefully, they can improve their food quality then it would be totally great.

Good hospitality, great room and nice ambience

Cleanliness, ambience, environment of the hotel are superb. Things that I feel the need to improve is their customer service of that staff, Cik R. Even the housekeeping staffs are more friendly and polite than her. Bravo to all the housekeeping staffs. They should also need to improve their check out time to later instead of 11am. I think 11am is a bit too early compare to other hotels. The taste and portion of their food has dropped compared to the last time I visited this hotel.

It was great, but could improve on the pillow. And a bit dissapointed that there was no special treatment for a couple that just literally just got married for few hours.
