I booked and paid for a double bed room and was given a room with a single bed.

Quiet, remodeled rooms. Immediate area questionable

The bathroom was on the hallway, and was no privacy. The receptionist told me to call Expedia to get my money back. I tried to call Expedia, and a representative hung up on me. I tried to go back to this room, and the receptionist told me that he canceled my reservation. Please refund me back the money! Thank you! Thank.

Not clean. Loud. Left after an hour.

If not for the police being onsite trying to get someone who locked themselves in the bathroom for nearly 2 hours at midnight, but also another patron was arguing with management about them holding onto her property? The sink didnt drain, the fridge was room temperature. The worst single night in any motel Ive ever experienced. If the guy who checked me in seemed even coherent I may have complained, instead I will just never go there again.

I didn't like how the lady with the red dot in the middle of her forehead that comes in nothe morning assume that I was smoking in my room. I had a private room it didn't say non smoking or smoking room she made me really uncomfortable I check out because thats not rite she really gives me a hard time when ever I come and the deposit need to be put in the taxes and fees or aware when u booking it's not included into u show up which I dont understand

I seen black bugs in bed!!! I DON'T DO BUGS! SMH... I WAS FULLY DRESSED IN BED. Thank goodness I was just there for some hours. Other than that. I would've been checking out.

WORST EVER, RATS EVERYWHERE, SCUMBAGS

This motel should not be in operations due to extreme filth. I had an emergency and did a midnight checking in and had no other alternative. The bedding was stained with filth and no sheets to compliment the comforter. With a congested street parking only add to the severity of this place. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION FOR SAFETY REASONS.

The property is amazing inside and out!

Like nothing!! Stairs were horrible if you have luggage and no closet no dressers and there was a razor blade in the shower and the toilet seat was broken

They had one sheet on the bed and it was hair all over it. no ac in the room..and it was big flying water bugs in the halway

Although there is a “shared” bathroom, it’s down the hall and the people were arguing and loud. No flat sheet on bed. Also no hot water!! SMH.. bad experience needless to say..
