Local to all the sites of Rome

Buena ubicación a 30 min caminando de principales lugares turísticos. Pero no es un hotel, son cuartos bonitos y cómodos dentro ze un edificio antiguo. No hay lobby, ni restaurante, ni bar, solo un pequeña recepción que la mayor parte del tiempo está sola.

The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location can’t be beat…walkable to shops, restaurants and the Spanish steps

The property was as advertised. with 2 queen beds and a single bed /cot in one of the rooms. Staff communicated with us prior to arrival to check on our arrival time. when we arrived, they greeted us warmly, and made sure everything was ok. They met us with water at the reception as it was steaming hot outside. They gave us a quick tour of the place, and were sure to leave us with the WhatsApp number in case we had questions. Will definitely stay there in the future.

Property not well maintained

I enjoyed our stay Staff were friendly and helpful Room wa ma clean though small The only issue the haven’t left any water ,.. for the day that we supposed to leave the botely

Perfect stay! Great location walking distance to main attractions, close to bus & metro services, stayed here for 2 nights & would definitely stay again the staff were lovely.

Excellent service, very clean. The only thing this lovely place lacked was ice. They were so great about it that they got us ice. Perhaps if they kept a small freezer in the lobby, it would solve that problem. We highly recommend this lovely place.

This hotel was right in the middle of a great area in Rome yet very quiet. Close to the metro and stocked with everything we needed.

Great location. Close to many sites

Hotel was conveniently located to dining and attractions. Bed was very comfortable and great shower. Overall was very neat ce and cozy. It was easy to find but it looks like a regular building on the outside and it’s on second floor, does have elevator. Took us a minute to figure out but front desk came down to look for us after texting. Would recommend perfect for what we needed. 😊

The property is in a prime location, close to shopping and restaurants. Klotilda, help with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements. I'm so grateful for all Klotilda assistance. Will for sure stay at this property again next time in Rome.

Great reception staff - shout out to Klo (?), who went out of her way to assist. Great location annd I had a quiet facing. Only thing I didn’t realise was that the road in front of the building is pedestrian only. So how long one has to walk with one’s luggage depends on where the taxi/car drops one off. Also be warned that the lift is tiny - max is probably 2 pax with 2 bags.

Lovely room, space is enough for 5 people. AC is very good. Klotilde is nice to guide us where to eat and take a taxi etc. Will recommend !

Room was clean but small! No space for luggage with unnecessary wasted space in bathroom.
