전체 평가 및 리뷰 Downtowner Boutique Hotel

It was nice that downtown attractions were 5 minutes away, and the room I stayed in was clean, but the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that the door was closed and it was difficult to breathe. And the deposit I paid with my credit card still hasn't been refunded. I arrived late in the evening and really just slept, so I don't think there will be any problems, so I would like to ask for a refund as soon as possible. The employee said it would be returned within 7 business days, so please ask again. Take care

Was very noisy late at night

Check in was a bit bumpy as they sent us to a terminal to do our own check in and it did not work then we had to go back and wait for customer service rep to manually check us in. When we went to the pool there were no towels stocked so we had to go back across the street to get them - at no time upon check in did they mention this. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night so we appreciated that

I have never written a review of a hotel before, but this one warrants it. Our family typically stays in lower-budget hotels, so we're used to worn-down and not pristinely clean hotels. This room was on another level. The bedding and furniture were covered in dust (like no one had been in that room for weeks). The pillows were so uncomfortable that I ended up using the bathroom towels as a pillow, and there was a cockroach in the room. I would steer clear of this hotel.

It is a short walk to Fremont Street and area bars. The property is a little dated, but it is extremely clean with a very friendly staff. It makes a nice quiet change from the overpriced casino hotels. The nearby container park had live music and a fantastic playground for kids. The only down side is the street just outside the property. It had a lot of trash and broken glass. There were some homeless people camping nearby.

The price was right but not the best location.

This hotel has a great location. Close enough to easily walk to the casinos on Fremont street, but not so close to hear the noise. Very quiet hotel, very friendly staff, clean minimalist room. I would suggest that the hotel add a full length mirror and maybe a bar to hang clothing on with hangers as an added convenience for guests. We would definitely stay again. Also great little coffee station with great coffee every morning! And last but not least, free parking for hotel guests as it should be, I love that!

Cute quirky place near Fremont and is great for walking! Good value. Stayed here a few times. At 5 bucks a piece if it's us we can get you just leave and go somewhere else

The guests stay in this hotel are very noisy. The hotel offers the minimum facilities only. Based on the money it charges still acceptable in City of Las Vegas.

This is not a hotel! This is a Motel! False advertising!!!!! Not happy with hotels.com at all. I want a refund or some type of compensation for the false advertising!

Check in was fast and easy. This location is walking distance to the freemont experience. It’s a nice, good, cheap place to stay at. The service at front desk/bar was really nice.

Would not recommend the rooms smelled horrible and when front desk was told they wouldn’t offer a new room. Checking in you go to the desk and they give you your room cards which then you take over to a little kiosk and check yourself in and activate your own room cards. Shady part of town. Will not stay there again.

Always nice and helpful

The staff is friendly, the place is cute and clean. Well located. parking extremely convenient and free. The central common area was nice. Check in process was easy.
