전체 평가 및 리뷰 Palace Suites Heritage Hotel – Adults Only

Very helpful staff, we arrived at 10:30pm to Split and their check in stops at 10pm. They did wait for us and helped us to check in even after hours.

Palace Suites was in the perfect location to see all of Old Town Split! We could walk everywhere (food, Riva and Ferries) There was an elevator in the hotel which was very nice at the end of the day. The breakfast was perfect for the start of the day and our room was clean, perfect for 2 people and very quiet.

split is so beautiful and the hotel was amazing. Close to everything but quiet. Staff was so friendly and the room was perfect. The olive trees outside the window were beautiful.

Great hotel great location , great staff, very nice breakfast and bottle of vine was a bonus. The only problem was car parking , this hotel is in center of city with no car access. If you are driving you have to park in a distance and carry your staff for some distance.

Strategic location in the centre of old town- very happening place below the hotel. Clean room with room service provided . Buffet breakfast is simple and sufficient . Overall recommended !

The staff was very helpful and kind. The area was also perfect for our stay. We loved the driver and was it was easy to communicate with the hotel to set this up.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. We are experienced travelers from Iowa and highly recommend this hotel. In addition to standard amenities Our room had heated bathroom floors, towel warmer rack and rain shower. Bed, blanket and sheets were super comfortable. Easy to find. Public Parking is a 6 min walk. Split is fun and has well preserved Roman ruins, but you can find better beaches in other areas of Croatia.

Appreciated lift, location, spacious room, kettle, mini-frig, phone & comfortable bed. Sadly, there was almost no hot water for the shower my 1st nite even tho I made sure to turn the boiler on upon arrival an hour before shower. After various suggestions from staff, it was left on for 24 hrs before next shower. I had about 5 minutes of hot water that night.

Roomy suite with elevator well located on People’s Square making it easy to get to all the sights.

Location was terrific, large clean air-conditioned rooms. Indifferent staff.

Smooth check in. Spacious room. Breakfast was a wide variety. Just don’t turn the hot water heater switch off. !!!! Lol. Would recommend to other travelers
