Me encantan sus instalaciones, la alberca y gimnasio que están recién remodelados 10/10. Sugiero RVs la Suite con Sauna y jacuzzi dentro de la hab.

This was our first trip to Queretaro as a family. (Husband, Wife, and 2-year old boy) We stayed June 20-29, 2026. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. First and foremost, the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Lety, Santiago, and Israel from the Domun restaurant (Taboa)! Great people to talk with and share laughs while providing top tier service. We didn’t know before we booked there is a kids area (in the back of restaurant) that is perfect for most ages of children. My boy absolutely loved it. The food was excellent at anytime of the day. We had a Superior King Room which was plenty large and very modern. We loved the room (and we are extremely picky about quality). The hotel is a busy place with many business professionals checking in for work and the like, but that never impacted our stay. They were able to handle a lot of people with ease. We didn’t have many requests for the front desk, but every time we did request anything it was taken care of properly. All around the staff were excellent. Domun has an onsite free parking garage. This was crucial for the rainy afternoon returns to the room. Centro is very close to hotel by car (5 minutes), Juriquilla is about 20-30 minutes away depending on the traffic pattern. Pool was open and very nice. Rooms are sound proofed between the rooms, slight road noise, we never heard any noise from neighbors. 10-out of-10 I would recommend. Having a car to drive would be recommended and it was perfect for us.

Me encanta este hotel. Siempre que vengo a Queretaro es mi opcion 1. Las habitaciones están espaciosas, el peesonal super amable. Acaban de abrir una nueva torre y el gym está de primer nivel!

El personal es muy atento, de verdad te hacen sentir em casa. Las habitaciones tienen muy buen espacio y se encuentran limpias y el desayuno, uff, variedad y sabor. Super recomiendo Hotel Domun y su restaurante. Por supuesto volveremos.

La comida que ofrece el restaurante deliciosa y con mucha calidad, las habitaciones super limpias y ordenadas, me encantó

Muy amable el personal y muy rico el desayuno. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas

El personal es grosero y déspota. Venimos a un evento de boda en el cual los anfitriones dejaron regalos para sus invitados. Olvidaron entregarlos a tiempo y en cuanto se les pidió que los entreguen se negaron condicionando la entrega a solamente quienes reservaron con el codigo de boda. Como si los regalos fueran cortesía del hotel y no de los anfitriones quienes les dieron una ocupación de al menos 30 habitaciones. Se querian quedar con los regalos. El desayuno esta bien el buffet. Solo pedimos unas enchiladas de pollo y el pollo muy seco. Pero buen sabor.
