Bed was comfortable. Liked that it was walking distance to the downtown main street. Shower sometime released small amounts of water sometines more...We did find a few bugs in our room upon arrival. A/C worked well.

Check in time suppost to be at noon, which is why i decided to stay there. I got there around 1pm and was told that only 1 room was ready and it was the only one without air conditioned and the other rooms will be ready in about 2 hours, i took the available room, on the way there there were lots of flies everywhere, loud music in some rooms and very basic installations. I ended up leaving around 4pm.

Todo parecía perfecto, solo que hacen mucho ruido otros huéspedes y por la ubicación mucho ruido de carros,lo demás todo bien.

Hotel en muy buena ubicación (enel corazón de Tijuana) muy amable muy buen servicio, todo muy limpio habitaciones elegantes facil acceso a la recepción. (Solo una recomendación no hay cillas se ocupa al menos una) pero todo excelente 100% recomendable.

Buen lugar solo para descansar, mucho comercio para ir en coche, a pie de día , pero de noche está muy solo, vale la pena el costo.

Reserve con ustedes y el precio fue 30% más caro que las promociones del hotel tercera noche gratis, descuento por la segunda noche etcetera, muy mala imagen para ustedes vender más caro que la propiedad, n hay servicio de limpieza no entregan factura, mal trato en general del personal de servicio, mala muy mala impresion de ustedes vendiendo más caro

Personal muy mal cariento, se enojó por qué reservé en expedia, hizo cara y se porto grosera. Al siguiente día entregue la habitación temprano, la señorita solo en el teléfono hablando y no me hacia caso. La habitación mal, instalaciones viejas y descuidado.

The room smelled bad and bathroom was moldy. I checked out 4 hours later. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Roaches in the facility and moldy carpet smell. Other than that it's worth the price you pay.

EL servicio no fue muy amable. No me dieron opción de cancelar, cuando si se pudo haber hecho. Había cucarachas en la habitación y la fachada del hotel esta sucia. No me limpiaron el cuarto la primera noche. La verdad queda mal Expedia por tener contrato con hoteles así. La categoría es como de 3 estrellas.
