Room was very dirty. Many people hanging around in the parking lot and in the building. Doors slamming and loud arguments past 2am. I did not feel safe.

The room was dirty. Floor felt unswept, there was gum stuck to a picture, and there was black mold on the walls of the bathroom. The bed we nice. The staff was friendly. Just a dirty place.

I like the fact that the office was open 24 hours.

It was a very simple stay with no amenities.

It is one step away from being condemned and torn down.

This property is in dire need of renovations/upgrades. It is getting pretty dilapidated, especially the rooms.

We were parking upon arrival and a room door opened, smoke billowed out, a drug deal took place, the buyers left, and one person pounded on door to be let in. The entire place reeked of smoke (regardless of our no smoking room). Entire place was shabby. We slept and got out. We prayed no crawling viditors joined us.

Walls in the room had chunks missing. Holes in doors. Pillows were not clean. No face cloths. Tub ledge was dirty and had long black hair. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. And the last straw was a cockroach.

From the moment I arrived, I was disappointed. From check in when they put through a 300. charge on my credit card, which I had to go to front desk in the morning to get a credit that showed up 3 days later. Everything in the room wouldn't of added up to 300. including the 32" tv with a broken remote. I had a room with an exterior door. There was a 1" inch gap under the outside door from missing weatherstripping. The bedspread and sheets both had burn holes in them. The area is sketchy at best. I wouldn't park my car outside my room, but luckily there was a parking spot in front of office, for the night. I had to keep reminding myself that it was for only one night.

its a nightmare booking this hotel. I communicated them about my arrival time. when we reached there the lady at front dest started threatening us that instead of $100 you have to pay $400 otherwise i will not give u room and you will be miserable at this time. my child 4 years was also with me. when i ask to meet me with property manager she started bullying me at base of race. she said i don’t understand english so dont speak english with me just urdu. so pathetic

Absolute hellhole. Like being in New Delhi

Scary people. Drugs and paraphernalia just in the hall. Bloody sheets. I was horrified. The man at the desk was amazing at check in. I rented it for my x so my daughter could see him cause thought price was good. Didn’t expect much. But wow the drugs and rigs right in the hallway. My daughter was not allowed to go back.

Would love to see a more thorough cleaning of the rooms, there were broken glasses in the room, and side table visibly not dusted

To be honest this is the worst place I have ever stayed. This place doesn't deserve to be named a hotel and doesn't deserve to be in the list of hotels under Expedia. I wonder how saskatoon city overlooked it. I am so sorry.

In one night We can's say much but over. all staff rooms was good

Fine for the price. But could here other guests coming & going in the rooms. And chatting in the car park outside. A bit run down.

Room looked okay. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.

The sheets on one bed was stained and the desk clerk came and changed it. She also brought a new extra towel and one was very thread bare. The walls were very dirty where you turned on light in bathroom and bed. The toilet was leaking as it was wet on floor behind. The easy chair had burn holes and had greasy stains. The shower curtain was stained and tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned. When I checked in I was in informed that there was a $300.00 damaged deposit. But clerk waived that hat for usfor me
