Một nơi lưu trú tuyệt vời. Không gian rất riêng tư và thoải mái. Nhân viên thân thiện, hiếu khách.

Chất lượng dịch vụ ổn, nhân viên nhà hàng nhiệt tình. Ca chiều tối có bác bảo vệ siêu dễ thương á. Phòng ngủ ổn. Kiến trúc khách sạn kiểu cổ cổ rất thích í. Recommend

Hotel view nhìn ưng ý, bữa ăn sáng tốt. Nên kiếm tra lại wifi tầng 4, khó vô và không ổn định. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và lịch sự.

Mọi thứ ok trừ sàn nhà chưa được sạch lắm! Có dịp sẽ quay lại lần sau!

Ban đêm ngủ không được yên tĩnh! mình ở P104 nhưng phòng kế bên (p.102) luôn có tiếng động dù phòng trống không có người. cảm giác thật sợ.

Nhân viên ở đây rất nhiệt tình hướng dẫn cụ thể về mọi thứ ở đây, phong sạch sẽ nhưng hơi cũ về nền gạch ở dưới, nếu được mình nghĩ nên lót nên lại sẽ ấn tượng hơn. Ăn sáng ở đây rất ngon, nhân viên luôn đến hỏi thăm xem mình cần gì thêm không. Check in check out nhanh gọn. 9 điểm + cho nơi này !

Good to stay and break. All is good.

Our first ever family visit to Hoi An and we booked 6 nights at this property after much searching. And we are just glad to find this lovely charming and quiet property. Lovely rooms, nice surroundings within the hotel and a great selection variety at the buffet spread at breakfast. But to top it all, it's the staffs hospitality that makes all the difference. I would like to thank Ms Hu Yen, Min Tu, Sa and the GM Ms.Chao who went out of their way to ensure that we, and all of the other guests were comfortable during our stay. It's like being in an extended family with so much laughter, care and warmth with them around. Our stay was perfect and they were not pushy with their tour sales pitch but recommend only the best for us as a family to enjoy. And to our delight, they were spot on! Take up the cooking class whilst you're here and you will enjoy the banter with the staffs and chefs, plus take the boat ride out into the island village with the company of Ms. Hu Yen as our tour guide! She was really fun to be with and very knowledgeable. A real genuine person and credit to her fantastic ever charming hospitality. We will definitely return again to this property and we hope that you will find it enjoyable too. This is a great hotel and we will leave for home with plenty of lovely memories not just for the stay and the tours, but also for the lovely and charming hospitality we've encountered during our 7 day stay. Highly recommended!

Khách sạn nhân viên thân thiện-đạp xe vô phố cổ gần 10' - hồ bơi đẹp - cây xanh nhiều rất thoáng. Phòng đẹp tiện nghi - đẹp nhưng sàn nhà hơi cũ.

I have been travelling around the world and try many star of hotels and resort.. but this one i really not recommend..i don't know how long this hotel open already but the staffs and management hotel very under standard for international hotels class.. the room also noisy and you can heard neighbors doing night activity very clear.. the bell boy coming to my room each 5 minutes to take my luggage even that still 11.30 am not yet check out time and i never asking bell boy coming.. i really not suggest you to visit here. i was asking pick up from airport but nobody pick up in the airport and they said didn't saw my message.. you will never get a professional answer and solutions for all problems.. this hotel is on renovation exactly beside swimming pool so full of dust, not hygiene .. the hotel is small size.
