Hotel con habitaciones muy cómodas y muy tranquilo para descansar. Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Todo el personal muy amable y el desayuno incluido estaba bastante bien.

Fantastic location, great restaurant, nice staff!

Good hotel with a great location, a nice rooftop area, and a good breakfast. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. The only downside was that the bed was quite hard, which made it a little less comfortable for sleeping. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Was doing a quick stay before hiking volcán acatenango and wish I could stay longer. Amazing location and the breakfast was amazing and included. 10/10.

It was okay. Nothing memorable. I couldn’t stay more than a night though. I guess in the spirit of trying to preserve the culture, it’s dated.,

The rooms were clean and we received a nice welcoming from staff with a refreshing drink. Every staff member was very polite and friendly. The location is perfect everything is very walkable. The breakfast on rooftop is fantastic as it has a great view and the food is amazing! I’d highly recommend this location.

Our stay was unforgettable even though we only stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with the volcanoes view. Definitely coming back and staying here again.

Traveled with 3 kids, stayed in the family suite- A/C was so cold during these hot summer days absolutely perfect. Food was great, attentive staff, quite location. Phenomenal access to all the hot spots within walking distance ! Would highly recommend ! We also booked the airport transfer through them directly. The driver was absolutely amazing from beginning to end book the same driver on the way back would highly recommend arranging transportation directly through them.

Amazing place to stay literally close to everything

Excellente ubicacion del hotel y desde su terraza puedes observar las erupciones del Volcan de Fuego. El staff excelente , muy amables y atentos, nos ayudaron en todo momento. Ademas nos ayudaron agendar nuestro transporte hacia otros lugares turisticos. Se ofrecieron a cuidar de nuestro equipaje (aun cuando ya habia terminado la reservacion) mientras recorriamos otros lugares y asi evitamos llevarlo todo. Por supuesto que me hospedare ahi en mi proximo regreso!
