The temperature in the room was way passed 30 degrees. And the shower was dirty on the floor, drain didn't work properly so you stood in you own dirty shower water.

We had the best overnight stay at Seaspray. The room and hot tub were amazing. Brilliant location. Breakfast at the sister hotel was excellent. Would recommend.

A very nice hotel and a very nice room. Modern, clean and cosy. Kind staff. Excellent breakfast. If we´ll go to Brighton again we´ll definitely stay there.

It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location was great, and it was quiet and peaceful, even when the rest of the city was having a good time. My room was called Indulgence, and I was lucky to have a view, with large windows, of the sea and the small park outside. This proved to be extra useful as I wasn't feeling well one of the days and spent it fully in the room. Within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Appreciated having a small mini fridge, a tea kettle, an iron, and a hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely clean hotel very central to everything.

Had a really nice stay at Seaspray. The room was spacious, light and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. If there is anything that I’d like to note it’s probably that you can hear everything that’s going on in the corridor outside. Was woken up quite a few times from other guests coming home very late at night. And also that the lamps from the corridor shone in at night from under the door whenever guests were going to their rooms. But that is a minor issue. I recommend both Seaspray and The Charm, since I’ve stayed in both!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We got here very early at around 9 in the morning. The staff was very kind to hold our luggage and then prepared our room for check in. The place was in the heart of Brighton right by the beach. Highly recommend!

Clean and quiet accommodations. Appreciated the coffee, tea, and water. Small room but suitable for a short stay.

Basement and dark room, and general condition of property is not how I would judge it as a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast was very good but quite expensive. The staff at the Hotel were good, but Marta WAS EXCELLENT AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP YOU. Parking is expensive, but it's a Brighton thing rather then the Hotels issue.

Sauber und bequem.

Very clean .Staff very helpful .Bed slightly hard but ok.Parking outside was touch and go had to drive round awhile until spot came empty.Did not dare to move car then until we left.

Enjoyed shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very professional and helpful. The location is excellent though limited parking outside but other nearby parking is available though an app which the hotel would advise on.

Great location. Shops and cafés nearby and a short stroll to the Laines.
