Perfect breakfast

2nd time we have stayed, hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly. We forgot our phone charger and they lent us one to use for the weekend... how great is that! Make sure you have an espresso martini in the bar as a nice little nightcap😊

That was such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful. I would definitely suggest staying at this Best Western. Loved the restaurant, great addition, and the rooms were very comfortable.

Staff were extremely pleasant and very welcoming. Rooms are beautiful. Food is delicious. Excellent choice if you need a hotel.

Room was clean and one of the nicest hotel rooms ive seen. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were very, very courteous. Carpets were in need of a good shampoo. Very dirty. I was there for a week and carpets were never vacuumed. Rooms are overpriced. I really like the environment. Guests are often regulars and its like a family gathering atmosphere. The food in the bar/lounge is great. Please inform guests of underground, heated parking as my car was parked outside in -30C temperatures. Almost didn't start 3 nights. My clock is out of wack now. I found out through a family member that there was undergound heated parking so last 2 nights was able to use. Overall, a great stay. Loved all the room amenities-microwave, toaster, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher etc.

Service is wonderful and hotel and gym and restaurant are very clean. Breakfast is great, dinner not great. Beds are a bit hard but in general I do love this hotel.

Staff was amazing

The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spacious. The kitchenette was orderly. The included breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The shower water pressure was low and it was difficult to get any pressure at a low enough temperature. The ottoman looked like it was from a second hand store and was attacked by a cat.
