조식시간이 8시부터9시였는데 투어가 다 새벽일찍이라 호텔측에 얘기했더니 이른새벽에 조식챙겨주셨어요. 감동ㅎ영어소통은 잘안됐지만 번역기로 충분히 소통했습니다ㅋ

Less than 1.5km far from bus station, very quiet , convenient and comfy...

Matryoahka was a convenient and easy place to stay in Ica. The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were new and clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving on an overnight bus. It's not super close to the centre, but it is on the way to Huacachina, so for us that was more of a benefit.

La estancia en el hotel fue muy buena porque la persona que esta en recepción es muy amable y la habitación que me dieron estaba muy limpia y contaba con agua caliente champoo, jabón y ventilador

REALICE UNA RESERVACIÓN DÍAS POSTERIORES A MI LLEGADA PARA ESTAR TRANQUILO Y HOSPEDARME,ASI MISMO, ME LLEGO EL CORREO DE CONFIRMACIÓN, PERO AL LLEGAR AL HOTEL ME DOY CON LA SORPRESA QUE NO HABIA PROCEDIDO, QUE NO CONTABAN CON DISPONIBILIDAD, HECHO QUE ME GENERO MUCHA INCOMIDAD, ERÁN LAS 12 DE LA NOCHE Y JUNTO CON MI NIÑA DE 4 AÑOS TUVE QUE COMENZAR A BUSCAR HOSPEDAJE...

No reservaron mi habitación

He comprado por hotels.com con desayuno incluido y me han dicho que no estaban haciendo desayunos lo cual fue un engaño pues ese es un factor de desición al menos para mi. Es muy cerca de la estacion peru bus pero la ubicacion siento que no era la mejor un tanto alejado de todo. Hay un mall al que puede ir caminando pero está un poquito lejos. La habitacion es sencilla pero tiene lo que se necesita. La atención del personal es muy buena muy atentos.

En los feriados por semana santa mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en este hotel, excelente atención te hacen sentir como en en familia, la atención es muy cordial desde el ingreso hasta el momento q ya nos tuvimos que retirar. Mis felicitaciones a la Sra Flor y a su equipo que hace posible que sea un buen lugar para hospedarse con la familia. De hecho que volveré a hospedarme y lo recomendaré 😃😃

這裡只有房東兒子會講英文，人很好且遇到會問說一切好不好～熱水有時溫的有時卻也很熱，因為我住了兩天，唯一缺點是無法洗衣服，但大致上值得推薦！

el hotel es comodo las personas que atienden muy formales y esta bien ubicado...lo unico es que yo hice la reserva desde agosto y cuando fuimos en octubre no aparecia...con la fortuna de que habian habitaciones disponibles y ellos muy amables nos ubicaron

Simple and cheap but you shouldnt expect more from this place. In other places in Pery we have seen better for same price. Worst part was that the rooms dont have windows to outside so no fresh air when it is really hot. Rooms are small. Walls are thin so you hear everything in whole hostal. Also the doorbell rings quite loud.

super recomendado Hotel muy agradeble con excelente relación precio calidad a 200 mts de la disco de WHO y restaurantes a 5 PEN de la terminal de autobuses. super amables

Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff who arranger breakfast early for me one day when I left early for sandboarding. My room was cleaned everyday, hotel is near the shopping mall. My only complaint is after my room wad cleaned the windows were left wide open which meant lots of insects would fly in, the room could do with a fan. Would stay here again if in Ica. Very friendly and safe.

Had no problems we would stay there again, super nice staff.
