After remodeling is completed it will be beautiful

The courtyard was closed and that is where I typically spend much of my time.

Hotel was ok. Smelled like smoke in hallways. Not sure if it was people smoking in rooms or it was just on their clothing.

Clean, clean, clean. Nice staff makes you feel welcome.

no hot breakfast. staff not overly friendly.

For its price it’s an easy, good stay. With kids so pool was good, stayed just one night.v

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. No cartwheels in the lobby when I arrived, however, a wee bit of enthuiasm would go a long way. This stay was a posituive experience and I will stay here on my future trips to Petoskey.

As expected

Had a good stay, staff was nice

Everything about the place was very clean, quiet, easy to get to. The only negatives were it did smell like cigarettes and the breakfast was very sparse and not very good but the room itself was very clean and nice. Would go back to again but would plan something else for breakfast.

Staff were excellent and caring.

Pool area was great for the kids! Breakfast was good, very simple. Coffee was great!

It is reasonably good place to stay for our ski trip at both Highland and Boyne in terms of locations and cost.

Bathroom was in need of a remodel. Tube shower was very bad condition.

We stayed about a week to check out the nearby ski establishments. It's a great spot within an hour or so to five or six different places. There is also piles of great restaurants and breweries in town. The shuttle to the casino was rad and even ran during a wild snow blizzard. The driver was professional and friendly. Great drink specials at the casino. The hot tub was mega and quite rejuvenating after shredding so much Pure Michigan gnar. Self parking was easy, but the lot was a bit of a mess from all the snowfall. On the weekends there was a conveniently located taco truck in the parking lot with some of the best tacos this side of the Allegheny. There was also a cannabis dispensary. The breakfast could have been more substantial but the hardboiled eggs and muffins got the job done. WiFi worked well for remote work/video calls. Wish there was a microwave device in the room, but there was one in the breakfast area in the lobby. There were signs/pamphlets in the room with information about the casino that were inaccurate or old, this needs some updates. Overall it was a great stay and we'd return.
