Great hotel and best service I surely come back if I go to Bagan

There is problem with water supply, it runs very weak and when need hot it turned cold when we need cold it turned hot. Room is a bit tiny, breakfast not many choise. In general it's fair.

The hotel service is quite bad, the food was expensive and there is a charges for everything that we asked for. The location wise is at Old Bagan, but a lot of attractions are in New Bagan, takes like 20 mins to go by ebike.

It was my first time in Bagan and what I was looking for was a hotel with clean bed/bathroom, great customer service, good wifi, and strategic location. And this hotel ticked all the boxes. The outdoor pool and spa place were unexpectedly great.

This hotel is wonderful place to stay when travel Bagan.

Good service, staffs are friendly & supportive

Room was small and a bit smelly. Breakfast had only few choices. However the service was very good, most of receptionists were helpful and friendly, except for one girl. Location is a bit far from restaurant and temples but it's quite ok with e-bikes. Price is cheap and good for the services. You pay for what you get.

We booked family room and we got the best room in this hotel with big balcony to hang out with swimming pool and Pagoda view.

Very good hotel but the breakfast is the same for three days but it is ok
