Super relaxing and front desk team Dameon and Marlin were above and beyond the BEST!

Super clean hotel facilities, spacious rooms, and an amazing location with spectacular views. Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff at every corner of the property. The bartender at the swimming pool (I think her name is Yadira) is wonderful—fast and caring (she’s on another level!). The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay there for a full year. :-)

From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable — with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch: delicious breakfast, relaxing spa, and a pool area that was peaceful and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet quiet enough to truly unwind. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re already planning our return — highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, only downfall was being charged $20 a day parking and not enough sun beds available around the infinity pool. Everything else was excellent

This property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Highly recommend buying the breakfast ahead of time because holy it was a life saver and so amazing to have that many options for breakfast! The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, I had asked them to decorate my room for a birthday and they did it so perfectly and I loved it so so much and did not expect them to put that much effort into it, but they did! (I did buy my own decorations of course!) Overall I want to come back to this hotel so badly, the rooms were beautiful, the pools were beautiful and it was an absolutely amazing stay and I highly highly recommend staying here!!

Very clean

The resort was clean. Pools were nice. Views of ocean were good. Had good restaurants, but food and drinks were overpriced. Resort fees and parking rates were high. I dont feel you should get a parking fee for parking in hotel parking lot. Parking lot isnt covered. They only had one washer and one dryer working for laundry.

Exquisite property! It was beautiful and relaxing. I plan to return- the motel was one of the best parts of the Keys!

A/C didn’t work, hot tub didn’t work, bill went up $700 from original

The property was nice but the a/c were broken in the hall ways and the room was also very hot disappointed due to the amount I paid unexceptionable

We had a nice stay in May. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast had plenty to offer.

Great place. Clean and convenient.

The air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy and kept breaking down. We had to call maintenance multiple times to fix it. Also, I was not warned about the $20 self parking fee. That's ridiculous
