This is a good place to stay if you want to feel like you are on an adventure. With a common kitchen and washing facilities, the hotel has the character of a hostel. Our room was plain but clean and comfortable.

Our room was great. Large with a nice bathroom. Could have used more than 1 towel a piece. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but my husband did it was great. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Would stay again.

Didn't like that I had to take off shoes to enter building

Definitely not what we expected - it was just meh, not sure we’d recommend the property or stay here again.

Both us and another party were offered a “free upgrade” and were moved from the main building to a two-bedroom apartment down the street that I guess the owner had purchased. The unit was supplied with most of the usual hotel amenities. For us and the couple we shared the apartment with for the night, it was very awkward. Even with the use of our own bathroom, it didn’t feel like either of our groups had the privacy offered in a normal hotel experience.

The only thing I did not like was the no shoes inside policy, which was not disclosed until we arrived. The purpose was to keep the place clean and to not disturb tenants below. This is understandable, but should be openly disclosed in any description of the property before booking so guests can be prepared to bring house shoes. However, when the owner saw us in person and that I was not happy with the undisclosed house rule, he moved us to his newer building, which was great. We are in our seventies and in good physical condition and health, but I have feet issues that require I wear sturdy supportive shoes at all times, even inside. If I had known about the policy, I would have booked a different place. Open and honest policies up front are best.

There was a mix up with the room I was given but it was quickly remedied. Desk clerk was very helpful.

Booked a hotel room, check-in at dining room table and told to remove shoes while others waited inline outside to check-in, told I was getting an upgrade at another location which was basically a hostel. Will never stay here again.

The only thing to be mindful of is that parking is tight if you have a big vehicle, other than that we did enjoy our stay there and do recommend this place!

Staff was helpful, friendly, and prompt with requests. The small kitchen had all the reasonable amenities and appliances needed. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das mutmaßliche Upgrade auf ein Zimmer in einem Neben- oder Zweitgebäude war gegenüber den relativ gemütlichen Zimmer im Haupthaus, die auch im Hotelprospekt abgebildet sind, kein Gewinn.

The room was nice and clean. The only issue was the bed. The mattress needs to be changed.

Super clean and the gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. He even upgraded us to a bigger room! I enjoyed the amenities in the bathroom and the desk was nice to fill out postcards. The room and bathroom were clean and clutter free as were the shared spaces.

Room was a good size and adequate.
