Very welcoming and clean. Staff were great!!! Only issue was hot tub was not hot due to no gas but hotel staff were very apologetic. Full kitchen and bbq with gas available for guest! Will def look to book here again!!!

Very out dated...like steping in to the 80's. Not for me.

Night attendant checked us into our first room and ac wasn’t working tries another room lock didn’t work tries a third room it’s was dirty finally upgrades us to Townhouse it was disgusting. The night attendant did his job this is no bad review against him but the cleanliness of rooms needs work.

Friendly employees, nice location and property was very comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely return!

It was amazing very peaceful the only problem was our stove burners two did not work and beds are very uncomfortable

Bed isn’t the best but isn’t the worst either. Rest was good

Not what the pictures look like, very very dated and old inside. I should have stayed in the hotel I was in. They didn’t have my reservation. My key card kept going out so when we got in late at night then we had to go to the front desk multiple times. I would not stay there again and I definitely recommend looking elsewhere. Over priced and not what they make it seem like on the website. Very disappointed

This property is like a small hidden gem. I plan on staying there for every family trip to Orlando area. It was very reasonably priced.

It felt like home. It was nice, neat, clean, and cozy. My family truly enjoyed the stay.

Dated furniture and fixtures but clean.

Great value, clean & close to Disney property

It was very quiet and the staff was very prompt on fixing small things within the townhome. Such as outside light bulb and handle on the shower.

The property is almost like having your own apartment if I’m gonna be honest I love it and I would come back.

This property in the inside is really basic and you can tell very outdated but it felt super clean. the cleaning is above and beyond. it is close to a very busy street. lots of close by dinner options and close to a walmart. huge plus. the one thing that i did not like and it may be why i wont book is that they ask you to help with the clean up. they ask in the check out instructions to remove ALL linen except for the mattress pad and place in the hallway. like i had to strip 3 beds before i left and that was so much work! even the garbage we had to drive to a corner dumpster? its too much work for what i had already paid for 2 nights. there are so many other hotels to pick from with a LOT less work.

Accommodating: we were able to check in early and leave an extra car on the day after check out as we were going to Theme Parks during our stay.
